tender for 2059(Ob) - annual repair and maintenance of Cpwd Office At Ssb Campus, Srinagar (Garhwal), Ee Garhwal.--Corrections - Nil Insertions - Nil Omissions - Nil AE(P) 1 EARTH WORK 1.1 Clearing grass and removal of the rubbish up to a distance of 50 m outside the periphery of the area cleared. 2 CEMENT CONCRETE (CAST IN SITU) 2.1 Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : 2.1.1 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand (zone-Ill) derived from natural sources : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources) 2.1.2 1:5:10 (1 cement : 5 coarse sand (zone-Ill) derived from natural sources : 10 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size derived from natural sources) 3 REINFORCED CEMENT CONCRETE 3.1 Reinforced cement concrete work in beams, suspended floors, roofs having slope up to 15 degree landings, balconies, shelves, chajjas, lintels, bands, plain window sills, staircases and spiral stair cases above plinth level up to floor five level, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement with 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources). 3.2 Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for 3.2.1 Suspended floors, roofs, landings, balconies and access platform 3.2.2 Edges of slabs and breaks in floors and walls 3.2.2.1 Under 20 cm wide 3.3 Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level. 3.3.1 Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe- 500D or more. 4 CLADDING WORK 4.1 Providing and fixing 18 mm thick gang saw cut, mirror polished, premoulded and prepolished, machine cut for kitchen platforms, vanity counters, window sills, facias and similar locations of required size, approved shade, colour and texture laid over 20 mm thick base cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand), joints treated with white cement, mixed with matching pigment, epoxy touch ups, including rubbing, curing, moulding and polishing of edges to give high gloss finish etc. Corrections - Nil Insertions - Nil Omissions - Nil AE(P) complete at all levels. 4.1.1 Granite stone slab of colour black, Cherry/Ruby red 4.1.1.1 Area of slab upto 0.50 sqnn 4.1.1.2 Area of slab over 0.50 sqm 4.2 Extra for providing opening of required size & shape for wash basin/ kitchen sink in kitchen platform, vanity counter and similar location in marble/ Granite/ stone work, including necessary holes for pillar taps etc. including moulding, rubbing and polishing of cut edges etc. complete. 4.3 Mirror polishing on marble work/Granite work/stone work where ever required to give high gloss finish complete. 4.4 Providing and fixing Double charge vitrified tile polished finish of size 600x1200 mm wall tiles conforming to IS: 15622 (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer), of approved make, in all colours, shades except burgundy, bottle green, black of any size as approved by Engineer-in-Charge, in skirting, risers of steps and dados, over 12 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:3(1 cement : 3 coarse sand) and jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3kg per sqm, including pointing in white cement mixed with pigment of matching shade complete. 5 WOOD AND P. V. C. WORK 5.1 Providing and fixing 18 mm thick, 150 mm wide pelmet of coir veneer board ISI marked IS : 14842, including top cover of 6 mm coir veneer board, nickle plated S.S. Pipe 20 mm dia. (heavy type) curtain rod with nickel plated brackets, including fixing with 25x3 mm S.S. Flat 10 cm long fixed to pelmet with hollock wood cleats of size 100 mm x 40 mm x 40 mm on both inner side of pelmet and rawl plugs 75 mm long etc. all complete. 5.2 Providing and fixing bright finished brass hanging type floor door stopper with necessary screws, etc. complete. 5.3 Providing and fixing aluminium die cast body tubular type universal hydraulic door closer (having brand logo with ISI, IS : 3564, embossed on the body, door weight upto 35 kg and door width upto 700 mm), with necessary accessories and screws etc. complete. 5.4 Providing and fixing factory made uPVC glazed/wire mesh windows/ doors comprising of lead free uPVC multi-chambered frame, sash and mullion/coupler (where ever required) extruded profiles having minimum wall thickness of 1.70 mm for Series R1 and R2 profiles and 2.10 mm for Series R3 and R4 profiles conforming to EN: 12608 in any shape, colour and design duly reinforced with galvanized mild steel section made of required shape & size as per CPWD Specification, uPVC extruded glazing beads, interlocks and lnline sash adaptor (where ever required) of appropriate dimension, EPDM gasket, hardware, SS 304 grade fasteners
