Note: 1) Minimum two carpenter (skilled) shall be deployed for the work for 26 days in a month.2) Attending minimum 4 no. of complaints/maintenance work by each carpenter daily will be considered as one Job. |
| 3 | Daily assistance for Repair / Maintenance ofPlumbing and sanitary items such as concealed /exposed Gl pipe joints, push cocks, pillar taps, bib taps, angle cock, stop cocks, bottle traps, flushing cisterns and accessories, float valves, Nahani trap, gate valves, sanitary pipe fittings etc. to keep them in serviceable conditions and any other similar type of repairs and maintenance works assigned by the Engineer, including fixing / applying of materials supplied by the department (free of cost) as directed by Engineer-ln-Charge including tools and tackles, minor consumables such as washers, screws, PVC tape, teflon tape, threads etc. required to complete the work. etc. required to complete the jobs of above nature.Note: 1) Minimum two plumber (skilled) shall be deployed for the work for 26 days in a month.2) Attending minimum 4 no. of complaints/maintenance work by each plumber daily will be considered as one Job. |
| 4 | Daily assistance for Repair / Maintenance of masonary/painting items such as repairs to plaster, pointing, minor repairs path ways, drains, masonry walls, brick works, tree guards/gaddi etc. to keep it in good conditions, fixing of fan hooks, clamps etc. and any other similar type of repair/maintenance and minor construction works assigned by the Engineer, including fixing / applying of materials supplied by the department (free of cost) as directed by Engineer-ln-Charge includingtoolsand tackles etc. required to complete the jobs of above nature.Note: 1) Minimum two mason/painter (skilled) shall be deployed for the work for 26 days in a month.2) Attending minimum 2 no. of complaints/maintenance work by each mason/painter daily will be considered as one Job. |
| 5 | Daily assistance for Repair / Maintenance of Electricalitems such as repairs or replacement of switch, sockets, wiring, changing of fan, replacement of fixtures etc. and any other similar type of repair/maintenance and minorworks assigned by the Engineer, including fixing / applying of materials supplied by the department (free of cost) as directed by Engineer-ln-Charge includingtoolsand tackles etc. required to complete the jobs of above nature.Note: 1) Minimum Five electrecian(skilled) shall be deployed for the work for 26 days in a month.2) Person deployed for the work shall have minimum qualification of ITI with 2 year working experience.3) Attending minimum 3 no. of complaints/maintenance work by each electrician daily will be considered as one Job. |
| 6 | Daily assistance for Data Operating and store handling jobs and any other similar type of office works assigned by the engineer from time to time and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. (Maintenance of stock register, issueing of material (as per requirement), maintaining acurate inventory record, inspecting and verifying incoming goods, maintaining a cleaned, organised and safe storage area, assigning jobs (as perrequirment) etc.)Note: 1) Minimum one data entry operator shall be deployed for the work for 26 days in a month.2) Person deployed for the work shall have minimum qualification-Diploma with working knowledge of Computer. |
