    Repair & Renovation (Civil, Sanitary & Electrical Items) of Divisional office CCD-I.- 1 Providing and fixing plain lining tongued and grooved, including wooden plugs completewith necessary screws and priming coat on unexposed surface Second class Teak Wood12 mm thick. 2 Wooden planking, tongued and grooved in flooring including fixing with iron screws co 12 mm thickSecond class teak wood . 3 Providing and fixing 4mm thick coir veneer board ISI marked IS:14842 plain lining with necessary screws, priming coat on unexposed surface etc. 4 Making the opening for door/window/clerestory window in brick masonry including dismantling in floor or walls by cutting masonry and making good the damages to walls, flooring and jambs complete, to match existing surface i/c disposal of mulba/ rubbish to the nearest municipal dumping ground. 5 Fixing chowkhats in existing opening including embedding chowkhats in floors or walls cutting masonry for holdfasts, embedding holdfasts in cement concrete blocks of size 15x10x10cm with cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement :3 coarse sand: 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size),painting two coats of approved wood preservative to sides of chowkhats and making good the damages to walls and floors as required complete,including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 meters lead Window chowkhats. 6 Providing wood work in frames of doors, windows, clerestory windows and other frames, wrought framed and fixed in position with hold fast lugs or with dash fasteners of required dia and length (hold fast lugs or with dash fasteners shall be paid for separately): 7 Providing and fixing 15 mm nominal bore of standard back type C.P. brass close hole basin mixer pillar tap of approved quality and make, weighing not less than 1.970 kg. 8 Carriage: 9 WOOD for a lead of 5 kms
