(Open Excavation) 5 Providing and laying Plain Cement concrete ofM10 grade (Design Mix) using 40mm HBGS jelly (well graded) confirming to IS specified grading (to produce concrete of the specified grading and characteristic strength of 10N/mm2 at 28 days) and mixing the ingredients by mixer machine including dewatering by bailing/pumping wherever necessary laying the concrete in layers and in bays with all leads and lifts,compacting and finishing the surface, watering, curing etc.,complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers. 6 Providing and Laying in position, Plain Cement Concrete ofM15 grade (Design Mix) with well graded aggregates and themaximum nominal size of HBGS jelly of 40mm and down graded (60% of 40 mm and 40% of 20mm) confirming to IS specified grading and mixing the ingridients by mixer machine ( to produce concrete of the specified characteristic strength of 15N/mm2 at 28 days) including dewatering by bailing/ pumping wherever necessary laying the concrete in layers and in bays with all leads and lifts, vibrating, compacting, and finishing the surface, watering, curing, for various depth and height below andabove ground level so as to attain the profile and strength specified in the drawings as per the direction of the departmental officers and complying with standard specification. 7 Providing Steel Centering for cement concrete block, column, footing, pedestal, plinth beam, grade beam etc., which require nominal strutting etc. using MS sheets 10 guage thick of size 90cmx60cmstiffened with MS angle of size 25mmx25mmx3mm laid over silver oak joists of size 10cmx6.5cm spaced at about 90cm C/C and duly supported and removing the stuttering after specified period without damaging the concrete laid complete complying with standard specificationand as directed by the departmental officers.
