Providing And Fixing Open Gym Equipments For Public Use In D- Block Park Uppal South End Under Ward-16 Zone-1, Mcg.-Air Swing: Providing designing and fixing air swing in pair of size 1150 x 900 x 1250 mm fabricated with main post of 114mm dia and 2.5mm thick and rest of the pipes 40mm dia and 2.5 mm thick. All pipes made up of hot rolled tubular steel and hot dipped galvanized and powder coated using Akzo Nobel or equivalent of 80-120 micron thick. All joints of pipe are robotic welded with joints scalloped as necessary and dressed off removing sharp edges and burrs. Zinc primer paint to be applied at all welding points prior to finishing. Handle bars are to be provided with high quality grip rubber. Pedals shall be made up of Nylon alloy with rounded edges to prevent any impact or injury. Seats and base plate cover to be made up from virgin LLDPE manufactured by rotational 2 Dips/ Chin Up/ Push Ups ( 3 in One Machine ) :- 1.Dimensions (LxWxH) 1400 x 1200 x 2100mm. 2.Fabricated with main post of NB 50mm (G.I) `C` Class pipeof approved make. 3. Main frame of NB 50mm (G.I) `C`Class Pipe. 4. Leg support of NB 32mm (G.I) `C` ClassPipe and other support of NB 25mm (G.I) `C` Class Pipe.(NB stands for nominal bore i.e. internal diameter of pipein millimeters). 5. All pipes are powder coated using akzoNobel or equivalent paints of 80-120 micron thick . 6. Alljoint of pipe are robotic welded with joints scalloped asnecessary and dressed of removing sharp edges andburrs. 7. Zinc primer paints is applied at all the weldingpoints prior to finishing. 8. One year maintenance and warranty.As per approved pattern and colors, all works complete upto satisfaction of engineer incharge.
