Usilampatti Village At G.Usilampatti Panchayat Under Sius 2025-2026.; 1 Dismantling the Pressed tiles including removal away from site for vastage material including all labour charger etc., completed 2 Finishing the top of roof with one course of machine pressed tiles of size 20mm x 20 mm x 2 mm of approved quality set in cement mortar 1:3using 12mm thick mixed with water proofing compound conforming to ISS at 2% by weight to cem 80% new files 3 chipping the existing floor including all other labour charges 4 Painting to two coats with oil bound distemper including all material and all other labour cost complete compling 5 Painting to two coatswith exterior plastic emulsion paint including all material and all other labour cost 6 Painting to coats of old wooden work such as wooden doors window approved quality of 7 Painting two coats with best approved block oxide paint including all material and all other labour cost 8 Provision for Bala paint 9 paving thefloor with Kota stone lap flooring layingwith new size 600x600x6 mm laid 10 Provision for cheppan rock and cub board 11 Brick work in cement mortar 1:5 mix using country bricks of size 83/4x41/4x2 for foundation and basement and superstructure including cost and conveyence of all materials curing etc., complete 12 Supply and fixing of cuddapah slab for cheppal rock incluidng all charges for labour and material etc completed 13 Plastering in cement mortar 1:5 mix using 12 mm thick including all cost and conveyence of all labour charges etc. completed 14 Distempering two coats oil bounddistemper over priming coat including cost and conveyence of all materials to site and all labour charges etc completed ( Inner Wall) 15 Girls Toilet 16 Earth Work excavation and depositing on bank with in initial lead of 10m and lift of 2m in hard gravelly soil as per SS 20B for foundation 17 Cement concrete 1:4:8 mix using 40mm ISSmetal fincluding cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges for mixing laying and curing etc., completed for foundation. 18 Supplying and erecting centering for sides and soffits including necessary supports and strutting upto 3.29 M height for plane surfaces as detailed below in all floors with all cross bracings using Mild Steel sheets of size 90 x 60 cm and 10 BG stiffened with welded Mild Steel angle of size 25mm x 25mm x 3 mm for boarding laid over silver oak joists of size 10cm x 6.50 cm spaced at abote 90 cm centre to centre and supported by casurina props of 10cm to 13 cm dia spaced at not more than 75 cm centre to centre etc. complete complying with the standard specificaiton.
