Tender For KIIFB-Coastal Highway - Stretch III - Tvpm-Structural Valuation-Structural Design Work-- 1 Structural Valuation 2 OD145576/2025-2026:Preparation of valuation statement including preparation of detailed drawing using AutoCAD in scale not less than 1:100 for the building with plan, elevation document.The work includes collection of field details, including foundation details by engaging labour for excavating earth and refilling without any damage to the structures, preparation of quantity estimates by applying DSR approved by Kerala PWD for the locality, co-ordination with concerned PWD offices for the approval and certification of the Structural valuation reports including necessary arrangements for the conveyance of PWD officials forsite inspection etc including complete cost as directed by the Engineer in Charge.The report should also contain complete as directed by Engineer in Charge.For ANY STRUCTURES IN A SURVEY NUMBER, WHERE THERE IS NO MAIN BUILDING QUALIFIES FOR COMPENSATION BUT CAR CHEDS/CATTLE SHEDS/ DETACHED TOILET AND OTHER STRUCTURES /WELL/ TILED OR CONCRETE COURTYARDS/ COMPOUND WALL/GATES/ BASEMENTS/FLOORING/RELIGIOUS STRUCTURES/WELL/SEPTIC TANK/SUNSHADE etc. QUALIFIES FOR COMPENSATION. This item qualities only for such survey number which is not covered in any of thebelowitems 2and 3.Forpayment all the installations in a survey number/LAC number as the case may be, which is eligible for compensation will be considered as one unit, and as directed by Engineer in charge. For BUILDINGS WITH TILED/ACC/ GIAL SHEETED /RCC ROOFINGMULTI STORYED OF ANY PLINTH AREA. Note : The building indicates the main building in the particular survey number.All the related buildings in the particular survey numbers such as car sheds /cattle sheds/ detached toilet or other structures / well/ septic tank/ soak pit/ washing stones / tiled or concrete courtyards/ compound walls/ Gates etc. complete which are all eligible for compensation in the particular survey number, as the case may be including collection of age certificateof the building from the respective local body office complete and as directed by the Engineer in charge. The payment for this item will be released only after the certification of structural valuation reports by concerned PWD officials.
