Sh:- Providing & installing open gym equipments with buy back of old gym equipments at District Park at Dilshad Garden (Link Chain) (specialized work).; 2 Air Walker: Providing, designing and fixing of Air-walker of size 1100x550x 1480 mm fabricated with main post of 114 mm dia and 2.5 mm thick and other pipes of 40 mm dia 2.5 mm thic made up of hot rolled tubular steel and hot dipped galvanized and powder coated 80-120 micron thick using Akzo Nobel or equivalent in desired shade and colour. All welding joints of pipe shall be robotic welded with joints scalloped as necessary and dressed off removing sharp edges and burns. Zinc primer paint to be applied at all the welding points prior to finishing. All open ends of pie to be closed with GI /LLDPE caps, base plate cover shall be made of virgin LLDPE plastic by rotational molding with minimum 8 mm thickness, UV resistant and colour as approved by Engineer-in-charge. High quality grip rubber should be sued on handles. Foot hold shall be made of nylon alloy with rounded edges to prevent impact and injury. Maintenance free bearings should be used in the equipments manufactured by reputed company duly oil sealed and self lubricated to be approved by Engineer-in-charge. The equipment shall be fitted with in built limiters. The equipment shall be fixed on ground with concrete of minimum strength M-25 and J shaped welded bolts and when concrete is set, fixing the equipment on to it and cover nuts and bolts with base plate cover, all complete as per directions and approval of Engineer-in-charge regarding material, shape of equipment, colour on metal, seat and pedal and fixing of equipment etc. . 3 Sit Up Station: Providing, designing and fixing of double sit-up station of size 1500x1150x650mm fabricated with main post of 114mm dia and 2.5 mm thick and rest of the pipe of 40 mm dia and 2.5 thick all pipes made up of hot rolled tubular steel and hot dipped galvanized and powder coated using Akzo Nobel or equivalent of 80-120 micron thick. All joints of pipe are robotic welded with joints scalloped as necessary and dressed off removing sharp edges and burns. Zinc primer paint to be applied at all welding points prior to finishing. Seat and base plate cover to be made up from virgin LLDPE manufactured by rotational molding with minimum thickness of plastic as 8 mm, colorful and UV resistant and environmental friendly. Buy back rates are applicable against exchange of same quantity of new open gym equipments only.2. Buy back rates are inclusive of dismantling charges and removing the dismantled old gym equipments from the site with all old protruding nut-bolts.3. The agency shall regularly inspect & upkeep the equipment in working condition as required at all times during the contract period.4. The complaint as and when it occurred shall be attended to within 3 days during 5 years maintenance period, failing which a penalty of @ Rs. 2000 per day shall be imposed and shall be recovered.5. If the equipment (or its parts) is stolen due to negligence in maintenance by the agency, the agency must replace the stolen equipment/parts. No payment will be made to the agency for this replacement (i.e., the agency bears the full cost of replacement).6. The performance guarantee of 5% submitted by the agency shall be released after recording of final completion certificate (i.e. after completion of 5-year maintenance period).7. The provisional completion shall be recorded by the competent authority separately for the installation of Gym equipment. However, thefinal completion certificate shall be recorded by the competent authority after successful completion of 5-year maintenance period.8. The security deposit withheld @2.5% of the gross amount of each Running Account (R/A) bill final bill till the sum deducted will amount to security deposit of 2.5% of the tendered amount of the work shall be released after recording of final completion certificate by the Competent Authority (i.e. after completion of 5-year maintenance period).9. An additional amount equal to 40% of the installation cost of equipment (i.e. new equipment from S.No. 1 to 14 in schedule) shall be withheld apart from security deposit from each Running Account (R/A) bill, against warranty. This amount shall be proportionately released year wise after successful completion of each year of the 5-year maintenance period (including both the free and paid maintenance periods)
