Tender For Construction Of Community Hall At Moolapalayam H/O Erasinampalayam; 1 1.Construction of Community Hall at Moolapalayam H/o Erasinampalayam 2 Earthwork Excavation in Hard Soil - Earthwork excavating and depositing with in initial lead of 10mand lift of 2m (For roads, supply channels, desilting of MI Tanks, Pond & Kulam) - upto 0.30m depth 3 Cement Concrete 1:4:8 using 40 mm gauge hard broken granite stone jelly for foundationincluding dewatering wherever necessary and laid in layers of not more than 15 cm thick, well rammed, consolidated and curing etc. complete complying with standard specification 4 Collection and supply of gritty gravel from appd quarry including cost and conveyance of all materials to site including all labour charges for fillingetc.complete, 5 Brick work using country bricks of size 83/4x41/4x23/4in cement mortar 1:5including curing neat finishing, etc., complete 6 Foundation and Basement 7 For Super Structure in ground floor 8 Supplying and erecting centering for sides and soffits including necessary supports and strutting upto 3.29 M height for plane surfaces as detailed below in all floors with all cross bracings using Mild Steel sheets of size 90 x 60 cm and 10 BG stiffened with welded Mild Steel angle of size 25mm x 25mm x 3 mm for boarding laid over silver oak joists of size 10cm x 6.50 cm spaced at abote 90 cm centre to centre and supported by casurina props of 10cm to 13 cm dia spaced at not more than 75 cm centre to centre etc. complete complying with the standard specificaiton. 9 Below Ground Level 10 Rate for column post 11 Roof Slab 12 Sunshade 13 Supplying and fabrication,placing in position ofribbed steel rods for reinforecement to all RCC works as per desin given including cost of steel and binding wire also in all floors etc, complete. 14 Cement concrete 1:1.5:3 using 20mm ISS HBG metal for all RCC item of works excluding cost of Rein forcement and fabricating charges, centering and shuttering but including curing and providing fixtures like fan clamps in the RCC floor or roof slabs wherever necessary and bearing surfaces of walls , sides and bottom of the slabs, beams etc., shall be finished smooth with cement mortar 1:3, 12mm thick. and with kraft paper without claiming extra as directed by the departmental officers complete complying with standard specifications. 15 Foundation and Basement 16 For Super Structure in ground floor 17 Plastering with cement mortar 1:5 mix to 12mm thick including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges etc complete. 18 Special Plastering with cement mortar 1:3 mix to 10mm thick including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges etc complete. 19 Supplying and applying of two coats of putty of 3mm thick over the exposed RCC surface of ceiling including finishing the joints smoothy with grinding machine and the surface shall be thoroughly cleaned out of dust and scrubbing. The Surface shall then be allowed to dry for atleast 48 hours. It shall then be sand papered (waterproof abrasive sheet) to give a smooth and even surface. Any unevenness shall be made good by applying 1st coat of putty mixed with water on the entire surface including filling up the undulations and applying 2nd coat of putty after 6 hours of 1st coat of putty and then sand papering (waterproof abrasive sheet) the same after it is dry and finishing the surface smoothly, etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the Departmental Officers. [The rates are inclusive of hire charges for grinding machine with wheel, cost of sand paper (waterproof abrasive sheet), cost of putty blade, labour charges for grinding the joints and sand papering, two coat of putty, scrapping the putty area to level the surface smooth, etc., complete). The Putty should be got approved by the Executive Engineer 20 Providing granolethic floor finish in cement concrete 1:2:4 mix using 10-12mm ISS metal to 25mm thick including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges for mixing, laying, curing etc complete 21 Supplying and fixing P.V.C rainwater down fall pipe of 110mm dia with necessary shoes, bends & clamps etc, complete 22 Weathering course in brick jelly lime concrete using broken brick jelly of size 20mm uniform gauge in pure slaked lime (no crushed stone M.Sand to be used) to the proportion of brick jelly to lime being 32:12.5 by volume and laid over the RCC roof slab in a single layer of required slope and finished by beating the concrete with wooden beaters of approved pattern, keeping the surface constantly wet by sprinkling lime jaggery water, etc., complete as per standard specification and as directed by the deparmental officers. 23 Finishing the top of roof with one course of machine pressed tiles of size 230mm x 230mm x 20mm of approved quality set in Cement Mortar 1:3 (One Cement and Three Crushed stoneM.Sand) 12mm thick mixed with water proofing compound conforming to ISS at 2% by weight of cement used and the joints pointed neatly to full depth of tiles with the same cement mortar mixed with red oxide and water proofing compound including curing etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers 24 Supply and fixing of Cudapph Slab including cost and all labour charges etc, complete. 25 Supplying and painting the walls with two coats of oil bound distemper over one coat of water based cement primer including cost for distemper, primer, cleaning and scrapping the walls, rendering the wallssmooth with necessary putty, brushes, scaffolding arrangements, labour charges, etc., as per standard specification. 26 Painting two coats of newly plastered wall surface with ready mixed plastic emulsion paint of first class quality and of approved colour over a priming coat including thorough scrapping, clean removal of dirt, and including necessary plaster of paris putty, wherever required etc., complete complying with standard specification. 27 Supply and fixing of Steel door and Windows including cost and conveyance of all materials in all floor etc, as directed by departmental officers etc, complete complying with standard specification. 28 Steel Door 29 Window 30 Supplying and fixing following Electrical arrangement 31 Supply and fixing of 5A or 10 Amps or 20 Amps AC single phase 230 V , 50 HZ Watt hour metre on suitable TW box Complete with earth Connectionsof 500 V with fuse and neutral (side handle ) on suitable T.W.box withearth connection only.[SD no.124] 32 Supply and fixing of TNEB meter Board sutable for 32 A Single Phase service connection with 32 A Fuse Unit (500V) 32 A neutral link and earth link (1 X 1/8 copper plateon TW plank ofSize 375 X 300 X 19 mm with suporting TW Reepers of 1 thick on either side with painting with suitable bolt and nuts for fixing th TW plank on wall with earth connection and inter connection with 7/20 PVC insulated copper wire from EB meter to fuse unit.[SD no.125] 33 Supply and run of 2X6.0 sq.mm (22/0.3) polythene insulatedPVC sheathed heavy duty SC.Copper conductor of 1100 V grade in 25mm dia GI pipe(Class B) suitably bent on bothends with necessary Angle iron upright and end supportes for Mains [SD NO. 69] 34 Supply and run of 2 of 4.0 sq.mm polythene insulated PVC sheathed heavy duty SC.Copper conductorof 1100 V grade on 7/20 GI bearer wire for service connection mains [SD NO.65] 35 Wiring with 2 x 1.5 sq.mm.
