All documents related to the temperature, humidity and equipments such as log sheet, record offailure of power supply are to be maintained as per prescribed format approved by Engr- in-Charge and with ONE OPERATOR, Skilled (Ref Mech) daily in three shifts per day (Morning, Evening, Night ) (8 Hour Per Shift) including Sundays and Holidays, complete all as specified and directed. 38 (i) First Year 39 (i) Second Year 40 Notes :-(a) One operator (Ref Mech) Skilled shall be employed by the contractor for operation of the AC plant in each shift as per time table and as per the direction of the Engr-in- Charge. Attendance register be maintained at plant for each shift duty.(b) Contractor shall attend any type of electrical fault in the pane with minor stores i.e. cable jumpers, insulating material, gland packing and grease etc without any extra cost(c) The operator shall be well versed with the working of AC Plants and shall be responsible for satisficatory operation and running of complete central AC plant. (d)Installation & surrounding area should be kept neat and clean by the contractors employee and all as directed by Engr-in-charge.(e) Operator shall wear proper uniform with name tag and identity card.(f) Contractor shall provide complete T&P such as search light, torch light, emergency light, rain coat, Gum boot, hand gloves spanner, screw driver, ladder, rubber boots etc to operators.(g) Contractor shall provide and maintain log sheet, attendance register, duty roster every months.(h) Contractor shall provide one mobile phone without camera to their tradesman with incomming/ outgoing call facilities round the clock, so that the operator can give feed back to the concerned in-charge time to time. Same is deemed to be included in the quoted rate and no extra claim on this account shall be entertained. 41 Notes contd.../-(j) Smoking / use of tabbaco shall be strictly prohibited in the installation. (k) During the duty hours if, any operator found absent, the recovery shall be made from contractor @ double from the quoted rates. (l) The contractor shalll submit police verification and all the related document like Aadhar card, Pan card, bank account No etc. of all the tradesman engaged in this contract for making gate pass for entry in their working area. 42 Taking down old unserviceable LT underground cable from trenches/ ducts/ walls etc., including necessary dismantling, demolition and disconnecting cables from existing power line complete all as specified and as directed for the following sizes of cable:- 43 16 Sqmm 2 Core 44 50 Sqmm 3.5 Core 45 95 Sqmm 3.5 Core 46 Supply and laying HDPE DWC pipe size outer dia 63 mm, inner dia 50 mm for LT cable protection including sockets, bends etc complete all as specified and directed. 47 Taking down carefully copper/aluminium submain wiring complete, including union, junction, bends, elbow, couplers, bell mouth, reducers boxes, including steel conduit surface or concealed etc and making good disturbed surfaces of ceiling, walls, floors complete all as specified and directed. 48 Taking down carefully by unscrewing from wall, flame proof MCB SPN distribution board for reuse at site or for taking credit (To be measured only when found serviceable in all respects complete for reuse) and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors, etc. 49 S & F in replacement of weather proof, flame proof distribution board MCB DB SPN 8 way in cast aluminium alloy approved by CIMFR, Dhanbad LM 6 construction with cable entries at bottom consisting of DB SPN with one 32 Amp SPN MCB for incoming and 6 Nos MCB SP of 6 Amp capacity for outgoing 4 way including flame proof cable gland and lugs at bottom size completeallas specified and as directed. Make: CG/Sudhir/ Shyaam 50 Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of monoblock type centrifugal pump as per manufacturer suitable for chiller self-priming, dynamically balanced phosphor-bronze/SS impeller, high tensile steel shaft, carbon steel stuffing box (sealed by mechanical seal), deep groove ball bearings, TEFC squirrel cage induction motor having IE- 3 efficiency and conforming to IS: 12615- 2018, base plate, mounting channel frame, accessories and fittings, viz. mechanical seal, pressure gauges, thermometers, drains, coupling, coupling guard, vibration isolation arrangement by means of spring / rubber type mounting suitable for operation on 3- Phase, 415 V ± 10%, 50 Hz AC supply complete all as specified and directed. (02 working & 01 Stand by) Note : (i) Necessary civil work viz. foundation for placement of pump and pump accessories shall be covered in the rate quoted by the contractor for the item shall be deemed to be included in the unit rate. 51 Note:- The amount of schedule of credit on page No. 28 shall be deducted from the amount quoted against sch A while deriving at the contract sum for accptance.
