Tender For Periodical Services And Misc Repairs To Certain Bldgs At Gc Area At Mil Stn Gaya For Mar Pop; 1 M & L for applying one coat of cement base paint as per manufacturer instruction on existing old treatedsurfaces after preparation of surfacesincluding brooming down or steel wire brushing, scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts, trading oil and greasy spots all as specified. 2 M & L for two coat of cement base paint over a coat of primer as per manufacturer instructionincluding removal of existing treatment on existing old surfaces of walls all as specified. 3 M & L for Preparation of old decorated surfaces of walls and applying one coat of distempering with oil bound distemper as per manufacturer instructions white or tinted complete all as specified and directed. 4 M & L for Preparation of old decorated surfaces of ceiling and applying one coat of distempering with oil bound distemper as per manufacturer instructions white or tinted complete all as specified and directed. 5 M & L for Preparation of old decorated surfaces of and applying two coats of distempering with oil bound distemper as per manufacturer instructions white or tinted all as specified and directed. 6 M & L for one coat of exterior emulsion paint white or tinted/colour on walls of fascia of roof or chajjas on old decorated prepared plastered/painted surfaces of bldg all as specified and directed. 7 M & L for one coat of exterior weather proof emulsion paint tinted on walls/fascia of roof or chajjas on old painted surfaces brick, stone, concrete, asbestos cement or plaster on old decorated prepared plastered/painted surfaces of bldg all as specified and directed. 8 M & L for applying a thin layer of 0.50mm thick Birla white putty/JK white wall care putty on wall surfaces including removal of existing treatment and making the surface uniform and smooth complete all as specified and directed. 9 M & L for preparation of old painted steel surfaces of any description, not otherwise described, over 10cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint (first quality) complete all as specified and directed. 10 M & L for preparation of old painted wooden surfaces of any description, not otherwise described, over 10cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint (first quality) complete all as specified and directed. 11 Removing existing paint by scrapping with Asian Paints TruCare Wall Sander: L- 01/H-01 (having mechanical vacuum mechanism)having RPM between 600-1500, sandingpaper of 60/80 Grit having dia of 7/9to make thesurface free from dust, loose paintetc. by skilled labour complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 12 Providing and applying white cement based putty @ 1.0 Kg (undiluted) per sq mtr. of average thickness 1 mm, of Asian Paints or its equivalent over the plastered/ old painted wall after scrappingto prepare the surface even and smooth complete.Step1 : Mix the puttypowder by adding 40-50% water and mix it with Asian Paints Trucare Putty mixer (Trucare Putty mixer withmin 1400 W power havinng mixer rod of industrial stell grade 45 with themixingcapacity of min 2.5 kg putty per minute) or equivalentStep 2 : Apply the first coat the prepared mixer with the help of fully automatic airless spray machine of putty application ofAsian Paints Trucare Graco Spray Machine (Model: EH 230 DI) or equivalanthaving a DC electric motor of 3.3 KW having flow speed of 6 ltrs per minutes with a maximum pressure 227 bar havingmaximum tipsize 0.039Step 3: Allow 6-8 hrs time to dry the putty surface.Step 4:Apply second coat of the prepared mixer manuallytomake to smooth to make the finish even.Step 5:Allow 6-8 hrs time to dry the putty surface complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 13 Sanding of the putty surface with Asian Paints TruCare Wall Sander: L- 01/H-01or equivalent (having mechanical vacuum mechanism)having RPM between 600-1500, sanndingpaper of 180 Grit having dia of 7/9to make thesurface free from dust etc. by skilled labour complete all as specified and directed. 14 Providing and applying two coats of acrylic washable distemper @ 1.5 kgs /10 sq mtrs diluted with water in 5:3 ratio applied over primimg coat @ 0.8 ltr (undiluted)/10SQM diluted with water in 1:1 ratio with fully automatic airless spray machineofpaint application of Asian Paints Trucare Graco or equivalant having an electric motor of min.1 HP with a flow speed of min 2 ltr per minute having a pressure of 3300 PSI. Allow 6-8 hrs todry the surface in both the coats of paint complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 15 Providingand applying two coats of exterior weather coat paint @ 1.5 kgs /10 sq mtrs diluted with water in 5:3 ratio applied over primimg coat @ 0.8 ltr (undiluted)/10SQM diluted with water in 1:1 ratio with fully automatic airless spray machineof paint application of Asian Paints Trucare Graco or equivalant having an electric motor of min. 1 HP with a flow speed of min 2 ltr per minutehaving a pressureof3300PSI.Allow 6-8 hrs todry the surface in both the coats of paint complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 16 Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc. 17 M & L for rendering 10mm thick internal surfaces on fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces in cement plaster 1:6 and finished even and smooth (without using extra cement) complete. 18 M & L for applying a thin layer of 0.50mm thick white wall care putty over newly plastered surface toprepare the surface even and smooth complete all as specified and directed. 19 M&L for rendering 10mmthick in ceiling on brick work or concrete surfaces in CM 1:3, finished even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified and directed. 20 M & L for rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces in cement plaster 1:4 using WPC 3% by weight of cement (WPC to be measured and paid separately) and finished even and smooth (without using extra cement) complete. 21 Supply Only integral water proofing compound 22 M&L for repairing of R.C.C projections, chajjias, roofs, facia etc in patches not exceeding 3 Sqm in each patch by necessary preparation, Scarpping, cutting, chiseling, derusting and cleaning exposed reinforcement, surfaces of damaged, loose R.,C.C surfaces and applying one coat of cement slurry and filling the surfaces with cement concrete (1:1.5:3) using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregates and finished with cement and sand motar (1:3) using coarse sand and work in patchesincluding necessary form work and applyingtwo coats of finishes to match with the existing surfaces in at any height complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note : Qty execution for BOQ should be in different location and not given at one place. Qty to be executed in small patches. Contractor quoted the rate accordingly. No other extra payment shall made for scaffolding and necessery arrangements for executing the item. 23 S & F thin flexible galvanised steel wire with hexagonal gaps chicken wire mesh about half to one inch dia incl fixing with screws, nails etc complete. 24 M & L for preparation of new plastered/decorated wall surfaces and applying two coats of distempering with oil bound distemperas per manufacturer instruction white or tinted complete all as specified and directed. 25 M & L for preparation of new plastered/decoarated wall surfaces and applying two coats of water proof cement base paint complete all as specified and directed. 26 M&L for two coats of oil bound distemper on newly plastered surfaces of celling including prepration of surfaces complete all as specified and directed. 27 M & L One coat of floor guard paint on floor (Chequered tiles surfaces) including brooming down or steel wire brushing, scrapping down smoke root, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and trading oil and greasy spots complete all as specified and directed. 28 M & L for preparation of old painted surfaces of brick, stone, concrete, asbestos cement or plaster of any description, not otherwise described, over 10cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint (first quality) complete all as specified and directed. 29 Removing of plants including roots by dismantling of brick work/PCC/RCC including necessary scaffolding, any type, any location/height (i.e roof parapet walls near pipes etc) and applying acid after removing roots for preventing the regrowthing and making good the disturbed portion using PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 and plaster in CM 1:3 (size of disturbed portion 150 x 150 x 200 mm) complete all as specified and directed. 30 M&L for cleaning and racking out the joint filling of floor (in marble, granite, kota stone, tiles etc) or wall tiles and refilling the same with white or coloured cement to match the colour. 31 M&L for writing letters and figures (Block romon italic or indian) n exc 30 cm high complete one set at one place (min letters 03 Nos & max letters 12 Nos) with synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed. 32 Supply and laying river bed fine sand in trenches/ ducts 15 cm under cable and 8 cm above the cable for cushioning / protection to cable including spreading, levelling and get thick 18cm after hand punning complete all as specified and directed at site.
