Tender For Repair/ Replacement Of Roofing, Ceiling, Brick Work And Other Connected B/R Works For Domestic Area At 8Fbsu, Af; 1 Dismantling boarding, any description fixed in any position with nails or screws. 2 Dismantling oftimber scantlings exc 40 sq. cmin section as in fillets, rails, posts, rafters, purlins, etc all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge. 3 Dismantling oftimber scantlings less than 40 sq. cmin section as in fillets, rails, posts, rafters, purlins, etc all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge 4 Dismantling ofstructure steel work including doors, gates but excluding framed truss etc,complete all as specified and directed by engineer in charge. 5 Framed work as in false ceiling, doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc. complete drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering.Doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing complete conforming to Fe-410 A quality grade, all as specified and directed. 6 S&F Seamless calcium silicate ceiling 12 mm thick , made out of 1800 x 1200 mm size board of siliceous and calcareous material reinforced with cellulose fibre fixed to the ceiling section with 25 mm long self drilling and tapping screws having Phillips head with under head cutter at 200 mm centre to centre, including finishing the joint of face board with specially formulated jointing compound and 48 mm wide fibre tape to provide seamless finish (Frame work for ceiling shall be measured and paid separately). 7 S&F Gl frame work for seamless ceiling comprising of Gl perimeter channel 0.55 mm thick with two unequal flanges of 20 and 30 mm and web of 27 mm fixed to surrounding wall using nylon sleeves and screws at 450 mm centre to centre/intermediate channel 0.9 mm thick having two equal flanges of 15 mm each and web of 45 mm suspended from soffit at approx 900 mm centre to centre with Gl cleat and steel expansion fasteners with and including ceiling section (not exc 1.2 m length) of 0.55 mm thickness having kurled web of 50 mm and flange of 26 mm each with lips of 10.5mm fixed to the intermediate channel with connecting clips across the intermediate channel at 457 mm centre to centre. 8 Prelaminated particle board 12mm thick, interior grade, prelaminated one side with decorative choice lamination & other side balancing white laminationas in false ceiling fixedto Mild steel/ timber frame complete all as specified 9 S&F Anodised aluminium snap grid frame work for false ceiling for size of grid 605 x 605 mmincluding hangers 6 mm diaGI (up to 1200 mm long) adjusting level fixed to roof, complete all as specified and directed. 10 Material and labour for ceiling flat or sloppy with non Asbestos fibre cement building boards of 4 mm thick fixed or laid/ inserted to galuminium frame work with screw complete all as specified. 11 M&L 2nd class soft wood clean sawn timber framed and fixed in frame work for ceiling. 12 S&F 6 mm thick of plywood, grade BWP, type BB fixed with screw to mild steel frame work and No of ply 5 as in ceiling, all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 13 Preparation of new wooden surfaces of any description not otherwise described, over 10 cm width or girth and providing a coat of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of pink primer all as specified and directed. 14 Dismantling of plain or corrugated steel sheeting ofany gauge, thickness etc in roof coverings/cladding/eave etc.complete all as specified. 15 S&F galvanised corrugated mild steel sheeting, with two corrugation side lap fixed with L type or J type or cranked hooked bolts with washers in roof, 0.63mm thick, grade-O quality, with 120 grms/sqm zinc coating and grade B Class 8complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 16 Refixing Plain or corrugated steel sheeting, any gauge, thickness, roof coverings with two corrugation side lapfixed with L type or J type or cranked hooked bolts and dome type bitumen washers complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 17 S&F Galvanised plain mild steel sheeting 0.63 mm thickness fixed with l or J type or cranked hook boltes with washers, in roofs as in ridge etcall as specified and directed. 18 Demolition ofwall/ ceiling sheets (fibre, pulp, insulation etc) or insulation sheets/slabs/blankets any thickness including cover fillets complete all as specified. 19 S&F 2mm thick fiber glass reinforced translucent corrugated sheeting with two corrugations side lap fixed with L-type or J-type or cranked hook bolts in roof wall etc. 20 S&F 1.00 mm thick plain, galvanised, mild steel sheeting, in eave board & straight flashings (length & girth as fixed) with welded and shouldered joint to be provided all as specified and directed by Engr-in- Charge. 21 Preparation of new painted surfaces of steel or iron work or CGI/PGI sheeting in walls or roofing over 10 cm width or girth, not otherwise described and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint in camouflaging (Disruptive) pattern (Green, Grey & Brown colour) complete all as specified and directed.(Make: Berger/ Johnson/ Nerolac/ Asian/ Shalimar) 22 Preparation of old painted surfaces of steel or iron work or CGI/PGI sheeting in walls or roofing over 10 cm width or girth, not otherwise described and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint in camouflaging (Disruptive) pattern (Green, Grey & Brown colour) complete all as specified and directed. (Make: Berger/ Johnson/ Nerolac/ Asian/ Shalimar) 23 M&L 2nd class soft wood Plain fillets square, rectangular or triangular in section, n exc 3 Sqcmin section clean sawn, secured with nails or brads in eave board all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 24 Preparation of new wooden surfaces of any description not otherwise described, not exceeding 10 cm width or girth and providing a coat of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of pink primer all as specified & directed. 25 Dismantling brickwork built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc all as specified & directed by Engineer-in- charge. 26 Cutting holes exc. half brick but not exc one brick in brick walls built in CM or cement lime mortar & stone walls built in lime mortar for inserting holdfasts & making good dismantled portion in CM(1:3) or PCC(1:2:4) Type B-1 as required. 27 S&F Roof trusses (framed), trussed, posts, struts, purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (Beam, tee, angle, channel or flat sections) including distance pieces, cleats, base plate and gusset plates etc confirming to Fe 410 -W (Gde-E- 250) quality-A complete all as specified and directed. 28 Brick work with old size bricks straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 metre mean radiusbuilt in cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand), complete all as specified. 29 Providing, cement concrete 1 : 2 : 4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded aggregate in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, hold fasts, kerbs, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, as directed 30 Taking down Cement Plaster, any description on Brick Walls or on Concrete Surfaces including raking out Joints, hacking for Key, scrubbing down with Water, etc, and removing same from the Site(s), complete all as specified and as directed. 31 Rendering cement plaster 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand) on other than fair faces of brick wall or on stone masonry surfaces, surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement, all as specified. 32 M&L for preparation of new plastered surface on walls and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of primer on plastered surfaces complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. 33 Preparing newplastered or un-plastered surfaces of walls and applyingtwo coats Acrylic exterier emulsion paint in camouflaging (Disruptive) pattern (Green, Grey & Brown colour) over a coat of acrylic primer complete all as specified and directed. (Make: Asian/Berger/Nerolac/ICI/Shalimar/Garware/Johnson) 34 Preparation of new or previously untreated surfaces of Steel surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10cm width or girth and applying a coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide complete all as specified 35 Note:-An amount of Rs. 39,300.00 on account of credit schedule for Sch A Part-II Shall be deducted from the total amount of BOQ to arrive at the contract sum.
