Replacement of 33 KV CT, Breaker Isolator, C/P etc at 33/11 KV S/s Lalpur under Electricity Distribution Division, Kichha under the head O&M.(Rates should be quoted without GST) (GST will paid extra)-- 1 Annexure-A (LABOUR CHARGES) 2 Excavation in Foundation for retaining, Breast walls etc. in all type of soils and rocks including all lead, lift and disposal of surplus material as per direction of Engineer in Charge. 3 Painting work by applying samosam then paint by exterior cement on out site of control room building and yard fundations plinths. 4 Charges of Making of Cable Trench as per direction of Engineer in Charge. 5 Dismantling of 11 KV VCB/33 KV single feeder/ double feeder/ transformer single or double/ capacitor panel. 6 Painting of Isolator/ LA/CT/Structure complete as per direction of Engineer in Charge. 7 Mounting and Fixing of Lightning arrestor set (3 Nos.) on double pole structure including making allconnections by G.I. strip size35x6 mm to earth point complete work (excluding cost of G.I.Strip). 8 Jointing and fixing of cable jointing kit indoor/outdoor 11 KV XLPEheat shrinkable cable boxes. 9 Cartage of the 33 KV VCB, feeder panels(O/D), T/F Control panel from store center to construction site with loading and unloading at both points. (Distance 21-50 Km) 10 Cartage of the 33/11 CT/PT/Isolator from store center to construction site with loading and unloading at both points.(Distance 0-20 Km) 11 Dismantling of cable stand, neutral stand including fabrication cutting and welding works at 33/11 KV Sub Station. 12 Mannual shifting /Pulling of Control Relay Panel for Single T/F/ Single Feederfrom existing site to plinth/ nearby place distance upto 200 mtrs. 13 Grouting of structure in CC 1:3:6 in size (2x1.1x0.3x 0.3) mtr. 14 Erection charges of structure as per direction of Engineer in Charge. 15 Installation of 33 KV CT with all connections. 16 Erection of 33 KV VACCUM CIRCUIT Breaker in all respect, making connection including testing and commissioning. 17 Dismantling of 33 kv line(Panther/dog) as per direction of Engineer in Charge. 18 Cartage of 33 KV VCB. 19 Headload Cartage of 33 KV Bus Isolator. 20 Headload Cartage of 33 KV VCB. 21 Dismantling of 33 KV VCB as per direction of Engineer in Charge. 22 Dismantling of Fencing by Gas Cutter as per direction of Engineer in Charge. 23 Installation/ Fixing of 33 KV Isolatoron structure at 33 KV switchyard with proper alignment and Connections with busbar complete. 24 Making of Trench cover with 40x40x5 mm angle frame, 10 mm iron bars inside for strengthning at 90 -100 mm apart, also in crossingwith cement concrete ratio 1:2:4, providing both side handles for lifting. 25 Carring out comprehensive test and tripping check of wiring of different incoming and outgoing feeder at installed at various 33 KV S/s such as wiring of CT to feeders Panel and utp reley and then to auxilary switch to trip coil in the trollye side by both simulating load at primary of CT and by simulating trip current by relay andthereby lacating the specific multifactioning of the panel. 26 Dismentling of damage old 33 KV LA as per direction of Engineer in Charge. 27 Dismentling of 33 KV CT from 33 KV Panel as per direction of Engineer in Charge. 28 Painting work on Pale fencing after removing the rust by sand/emery paper then applying two coats of industrial paint. 29 Erection of 33 KV Control Panel as per direction of Engineer in Charge. 30 Laying, spreading and stringing bus bar conductor by ACSR Path conductor with making all connections as per direction of Engineer in Charge. 31 Laying of 11 KV Cable as per direction of Engineer in Charge. 32 Laying, spreading and stringing Control Cable with making all connections. 33 Testing of 33 KV/110V CT Different CT different ratio as per direction of Engineer in Charge. 34 Painting of 33 KV VCB Panels (outer surface and interior lower area where VCB is placed). 35 Fabrication of Structure as per direction of Engineer in Charge. 36 Digging of pit 3.5 mtr depth and grouting the earthing pipe with filling of BFC (Back filled compound) and connect the G.I. strip with earthing pipe and upto the equipments connecting with nut & bolts/Welding works complete work in all respect. 37 Painting of double pole (SP-55) as per direction of Engineer in Charge. 38 Painting of four pole (SP-55) as per direction of Engineer in Charge. 39 Supply and Fixing of Cable Joint Kit 11 KV 1x630 Sq.mm in switchyard. 40 Repairing line isolator with jumparing clamp as per direction of Engineer in Charge. 41 Laying of Cable Al. 1x630 11 KV XLPE SQMM as per direction of Engineer in Charge. 42 Fabrication & Fixing Gate of Yard/Office as per direction of Engineer in Charge. 43 Painting of 33 KV CT Structure as per direction of Engineer in Charge. 44 Painting of 33 KV PT Structure as per direction of Engineer in Charge. 45 Painting of BUS Gantry as per direction of Engineer in Charge. 46 Replace of Silica gel of breather & Container as per direction of Engineer in Charge. 47 Supply & Filling of fresh transformer oil after dehydrating it asper specified value i.e up to more than 50KV BDV. 48 33 KV Breaker Overhauling & setting as per direction of Engineer in Charge. 49 Annexure-B (SUPPLY ITEMS)(as per UPCL norms) 50 Supply of Nut & Bolt off size. 51 Supply of 33 KV L.A.
