The bidder is required to quote itemwise price for the various scope of work listed in the BOQ document individually and OVERALL rate of all the items would be taken for deriving the L1 bidder.

Supply and construction of Pre-Engineered Portable Frame OR Living (Double Storey) PUF Shelter of size 18.0m x 6.1m with 1.5m wide verandah including roof covered steel staircase with SS handrails on one side of the shelter as in drawing. The structure made out of primary members of High Tensile Steel (340 Mpa min) and Secondary members of (240 Mpa) steel. The main wall and portion and partition wall if any, will be made up of 60mm thick PUF Panels. The Mezzanine Floor shall be with 1.0 mm Thick Galvanized Deck sheet. Layout of partition wall of ground and first floors. if any, will be as per the respective floor plans attached. The main beam of stair case are made up of built up C section of size 75mm, 200mm, 8/10mm and step platform are mae up of chequered plate 4mm thick. The side railings are made up of square hollow steel sections of 32mm x 32mm x 2.9mm @ spacing not greater than 300mm. The roofing will be made of 0.6mm PPGI colour coated sheets. Detailed specification of shelter and constr part as given in Appx \"A\" and Appx \"B\" att. Store List of elect items and constr mtrl are att as per Annx - I & ll.
