Tender For Repairing Of Damaged Rcc Beams & Columns Of Roof Top Tower At O.K Tailar, Lohardaga. SH: RCC WORK 1 Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for : (a) Lintels, beams, plinth beams, girders, bressumers and cantilevers 20.00 Sqm SH: FINISHING 1 Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade : (a) New work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/10 sqm) 23.00 Sqm SH: REPAIRS TO BUILDING 1 Repairs to plaster of thickness 12 mm to 20 mm in patches of area 2.5 sq. meters and under, including cutting the patch in proper shape, raking out joints and preparing and plastering the surface of the walls complete, including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground , all complete as per directions of Engineer-In-Charge. (a) With cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 fine sand). 2.00 Sqm SH: REPAIR AND REHABILITATION 1 Chipping of unsound/weak concrete material from slabs, beams, columns etc. with manual Chisel and/ or by standard power driven percussion type or of approved make including tapering of all edges, making square shoulders of cavities including cleaning the exposed concrete surface and reinforcement with wire brushes etc. and disposal of debris for all lead and lifts all complete as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge (a) 75 mm average thickness 20.00 Sqm (b) 50 mm average thickness 3.00 Sqm 2 Repair the damaged RCC surface with 75mm average thickness in beams, suspended floors, roofs having slope up to 15° landings, balconies, shelves, chajjas, lintels, bands, plain window sills, staircases and spiral stair cases above plinth level up to floor five level, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement with 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand(zone-III) : 3 graded stone aggregate 10 mm nominal size). Repair the damaged RCC surface with 50mm average thickness in beams, suspended floors, roofs having slope up to 15° landings, balconies, shelves, chajjas, lintels, bands, plain window sills, staircases and spiral stair cases above plinth level up to floor five level, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement with 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand(zone-III) : 3 graded stone aggregate 10 mm nominal size). 3.00 Sqm 4 Plastering in cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement:3 fine sand) of 6 mm thick admixed with water proofing compound of approved make such as plastocrete super or equivalent confirming to IS 9103- 1999,IS 2645-1975 and ASTM C-494-86 Type A @ 0.2% by weight of cement and as per manufacturer specification complete to improve water tightness and workability without increased water content and as per direction of Engineer in Charge. 23.00 Sqm 5 Disposal of building rubbish from 4th floor roof to ground and ground to municipal dumping ground by mechanical transport as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.
