Tender For Repair And Maintenance Work At Zce Office Bldg And B/Wall At Udaipur - Dismantling old plaster or skirting, raking out joints and cleaning the surface for plaster incl. disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50mtr lead 3 Renewing glass panes, with putty and nails wherever necessary :Float glass panes of thickness 4 mm 4 Supplying and fixing fixed wire gauge of 14 mesh x 24 gauge to the metal frame of rolled section by metal beading 20x3mm with suitable screw at not exceeding 150 mm distance. 5 Providing and laying in position cement concrete includingcuring, compaction etc. complete in specified grade excludingthe cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinthlevel.1:4:8 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size). 6 Random Rubble stone masonry for with hard stone infoundation and plinth in Cement Sand mortar above 30 CMthick wall in: Cement Mortar 1:6 ( 1-Cement : 6-Sand). 7 Painting exterior surface of Wall with 100% acrylic exteriorpaint of approved brand and manufacture to give an evenshade with two or more coats including prepartion of basewith sand papering, primer, putty, etc complete in all respectincluding scaffolding and safety provision Old Work 8 Providing and applying white cement based putty overplastered surface to prepare the surface even and smoothcomplete Old Plastered Surface (two or more coats) 9 Plaster on new surface on walls in cement sand mortar 1:6 including racking of joint etc. complete fine finished: 20 mm thick. 10 Providing gola 75x75 mm in cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement: 2 coarse sand : 4 stone aggregate 10mm and down gauge)including finishing with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 finesand) as per standard design : 11 Half Brick work with mechanised autoclaved flyash lime bricks conforming to IS: 12894 :2002 of class designation 100 in superstructure above plinth level upto floor V level in. Cement mortar 1 : 6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand) 12 Providing and fixing 1st quality MAT finished ceremic tilesize 300x300mm confirming to IS : 13755 and IS : 15622colour such as white, grey, ivory, fume red brown, light green,light blue and other light shades in floors, steps, pillars etc.laid on a bed of neat cement slurry finished with flush pointingin the white cement mixed with pigment to match the shade ofthe tile complete (including the cost of cement mortar bed1:4). 13 Providing and fixing 1st quality standard white, grey, ivory,fume red brown, light green, light blue and other light shadesglazed tiles confirming to IS : 13753 & IS :15622 of size200mm x 300mm in walls, floors, steps, pillars etc. laid on abed of neat cement slurry finished with flush pointing in thewhite cement mixed with pigment to match the shade of thetile complete (excluding the cost of cement plaster on wallsand pillar). 14 Repair to damaged RCC slabs, beams and columns etc forstrengthening with cement mortar 1 : 2 in following steps :- Choping losse and cracked concrete to required depth,(i) cleaning the exposed surface of steel and concrete with wirebrush and sand papering , cleaning of concrete surface withwater as necessary and getting dried. (ii) Applying Epoxy primer on the exposed steel bars.(iii) Applying Epoxy hardener and resin mix (as per manufectureds specification) on concrete and steel bars with brush.(iv) Speading dry cement mortar 1 : 2 mix over epoxy treated wetsurface and allow it to dry for one day.(v) Plastering the surface with cement sand mortar 1 : 3 uptodepth of 30mm complete.(vi) Cure the plastered surface for 15 days, All work includingscaffolding etc. complete in all respect. 15 Providing and laying in position cement concrete includingcuring, compaction etc. complete in specified grade excludingthe cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinthlevel.M20 grade Nominal Mix1: 1.5: 3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size). 16 Providing & laying Chequered terrazzo tiles of approved make22mm thick with marble chips of size upto 6mm, in floors,jointed with neat cement slurry mixed wit pigment to matchthe shade of tiles including rubbing and polishing complete inall respect as per specification, on 28mm thick bed of C.M. 1:4 Light shade using shade cement. 17 Wall painting with plastic emulsion paint of approved brandand manufacture to give an even shade including allscaffolding: Two or more coats on new work including prepartion of base with primer, putty, lippy etc complete in all respect. 18 Making holes in stone masonry wall upto 450 mm x 450 mmsize and making good in CM 1:6. 19 Plaster on new surface on walls in cement sand mortar 1:4including racking of joints etc. complete fine finish : 20mm thick . 20 Making of drip course (Tapka) in cement sand mortar 1:6width upto 40 mm and 10 mm thick as per approved design 21 Random Rubble stone masonry with hard stone insuperstructure above plinth level and upto five level above30cm. thick walls in :Cement Mortar 1:6 ( 1-Cement : 6-Sand). 22 Providing and fixing of double leaf steel shutter for cupboard,the frame is made of pressed steel ISI section 80x25 mmx1.25 mm thick with 1.00 mm MS sheet to spot weldedincluding holdfasts of 15x3mm, MS oxidized fittings such asbutt hinges, sliding doors bolts, handles, tower bolts and twinpeg etc complete including applying priming coat of approvedsteel primer of red oxide zinc chromate and spray painting inapproved shade with deco paint of approved quality completeas per direction of Engineer In Charge 23 Supplying and fixing in walls machine cut and polished stone shelves,tands and in CM 1:3 with machine cut edges Sand or other approved stone 50mm thick.
