Size of tile 600x600 mm 3 Providing & laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centring and shuttering all work upto plinth level(1:3:6coarse sand 20mm nominal size stone agg.) including carraige loading unloading. 4 Providing wood work in frames of false ceiling, partitions etc. sawn and fixed in position popular wood. 5 Providing and fixing 12 mm thick plywood for ceiling, underneath panelling, including carriage, all lifts and leads complete. 6 Providing and fixing 8 mm thick plywood for ceiling, underneath panelling, including carriage, all lifts and leads complete. 7 Providing and fixing plain lining tongued and grooved, including wooden plugs complete with necessary screws and priming coat on unexposed surface. 8 Polishing on wood work with ready mixed wax polish of approved brand and manufacture on New work 9 Providing and fixing wooden moulded corner beading of size 50x50 mm (base and height) of triangular shape to the junction of paneling etc. with iron screws, plugs and priming coat on unexposed surface etc. complete. 10 Providing and fixing glazed shutters for doors, windows and clerestory windows using 4mm thick float glass panes including ISI marked M.S. pressed butt hinges bright finished of required size with necessary screws. 11 Providing and fixing wire gauze shutters using galvanized M.S. wire gauze of average width for aperture 1.4 mm in both directions with wire of dia. 0.63 mm for doors, windows and clerestory windows with ISI marked M.S. pressed butt hinges bright finished of required size with necessary screws as per direction of engineer in charge. 30 mm thick.Imported Kail wood 12 Applying priming coat with ready mixed pink or grey primer of approved brand and manufacture on wood work (hard and soft wood) 13 Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade.Two or more coats on new work. 14 Providing and fixing ISI marked oxidized M.S. pressed butt hinges with necessary screws etc. complete:75x47x1.70 mm 15 Providing and fixing of tower bolts 16 Handles 100 mm 17 structural steel work welded in builtup sections trusses & framework incl. cutting ,hoisting & fixing in position & applying priming coat of red oxide 18 P/F of water storage tank pvc type on terace 1000 litre capacity 19 Providing and fixing 3 layer PP-R (Poly propylene Random copolymer) pipes conforming to IS: 15801, UV stabilized and anti-microbial fusion welded, having thermal stability for hot and cold water supply including all PP-R plain and brass threaded Polypropylene random fittings.
