Upgradation Of Panchayat Ghar At T.N.Pora 827- 1 Site clearance BWO using labs for removal debrisunwanted mat, .garbage etc incl. disp.4 labs 2 Earth work in surface exc. Not exceeding 30 cm in depth but exceeding 1.5 mtr in width as well as 10 sqm on planincl. disposal of exc.Earth 3 Providing and laying in position stone soling using Nallah stone including all leads, lifts and carriages complete job. 4 Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade including curing but excluding the cost of centring and shuttering. All work upto plinth level with 1:3:6(1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) including all leads, lifts and carriages complete job. 5 Providing and laying 60mm thick factory made cement concrete interlocking paver block of M-30 grade made by block making machine with strong vibratory compaction and of approved size and design/shape laid in required colour and pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, filling the joints with coarse sand etc. all complete 6 Providing and applying 1 mm thick white cement based putty of specified thickness, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete(front wall/corridoor/pillars/beam/bathroom) 7 Providing and Fixing 10 mm thick plywood sheet underneath false ceiling, wood flooring AC4, including all leads, lifts and carriages complete job. 8 Providing wood work in frames of false ceiling, partitions etc. sawn and fixed in position (Poplar Wood), complete job. 9 Providing and fixing plain lining tongued and grooved, including wooden plugs complete with necessary screws and priming coat on unexposed surface, 12 mm thick including ornamental corners (readily available panelling in market).incl. wax polishing 10 Providing and fixing panelled or panelled and glazed shutters for doors, windows and clerestory windows fixing with butt hinges of required size with necessary screws, excluding panelling which will be paid for separately, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. (Kiln seasoned & chemically treated hollock wood) including nec 11 Providing and fixing panelling for doors as: Pre-laminated particle board with decorative lamination on both sides,Grade I, Type II IS : 12823 marked . with all leads lifts & carriages. 12 Providing and fixing Float glass window panes of nominal thickness 4 mm (weight not less than 10 kg/sqm), including carriage, complete job. 13 Providing and fixing M.S. grills of required pattern in frames of windows etc. with M.S. flats, square or round bars etc including priming coat with approved steel primer all complete. 14 Steel work welded in built up sections/framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required.In gratings, frames, guard bar, ladder, railings, brackets, gates and similar works 15 Providing and Fixing hard drawn steel wire fabric mesh 25 mm x 25 mm size fixed and firmly anchored to steel frame 16 Painting with synthetic enamel paint of app. Brand & manufacture 17 photograph /signboard charges(2.5X2.5)size/carriage of mat.
