Tender For Conservation Restoration And Development Works At Sojati Gate Jodhpur(Phase-Ii) - Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic Excavator )/ manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan) including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m, including taking out the excavated soil and depositing and refilling of jhiri with watering & ramming and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed with in a lead of 50 meter.All kinds of soils 2 Carriage of Materials Building Rubbish Stone metal (Grit and ballast etc.) For 5 km 3 Demolishing lime concrete manually/ by mechanical means and disposal of material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. 4 Dismantling stone slab/ terrazo chip flooring laid in cement mortar including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 meters lead. 5 Demolishing cement concrete manually/ by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. 1:3:6 rich mix. 6 Dismantling dressed stone work ashlar face stone work, marble work or precast concrete work manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer in charge : In Lime Mortar 7 Demolishing stone rubble masonry manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in- charge: In lime mortar. 8 Providing and laying in position cement concrete including curing, compaction etc. complete in specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level. Including dismantling of old detoriated roofing 13 Lime Surkhi Sand Plaster 1:1:1 (1 Lime putty : 1 Surkhi: 1 Sand)including preparation of mortar by traditional practice (by grinding) in 3 course for base coarse and subsequent course & Loi, tamping, beating, till the shrinkage cracks are disappear. The work is done with all leads as the work is of restoration nature as per Jaipur practice including adding gur,methi & gugalon old walls including 14 Add extra over item no. 3.1 to 3.3.3 for Lime plaster work done over curved / circular masonary work (curved or circular surface.) 15 Add extra for decorative/ornamental Lime surkhi 1:2 plaster work with fine finish making kangoora, flowers, geometrical designs upto (khat) including preparation of Lime surkhi mortar 1:2 as per tradititional practice adding gur ,methi , gugal etc.Upto 25mm thick / depth 16 Stucco work in lime, Surkhi, mortar (1:2) as per existingdesign work/ traditional practices by skilled craftsman,the stucco work should be done as per restoration nature, the mortar should be prepared by grinding milladding gur,methi & gugal.. The thickness varies from 50 mm to 100 mm as per the design. 17 Providing & applying Lime kara 1:2 (1lime cream : 2 Zikki powder) grinding mortar with grinding mill/manually on lime base,on all flat surface in two coats.First coat applying 3mm to 4mm thick and curing properly at least 7 days,second finishing coat done after 7days of previous coat as per traditional practice.(thickness not more than 6 mm.) 18 Add extra for Lime kara work (on lime plaster base) other than flat surface as per traditional practice with all lead & lift with fine finishing complete in allrespect on :(a) curved surface. 19 Providing & applying Lime kara 1:2 (1lime cream : 2 Zikki powder)grinding mortar with grinding mill/manually (on lime surkhi/sand plaster base) on decorative / ornamental lime plaster in two coats.First coat applying 3mm to 4mm thick and curing properly at least 7 days,second finishing coat done after 7days of previous coat as per traditional practice.(thickness not more than 6 mm.) 20 Khamira Colour Washing as per old traditional practice to prepare the Khamira the lime should be slaked at least for 7-10 days and regularly it should be stirred by adding cured, Gugal, for non-synthetic colour addinggum (baboolgum) as per specification.Then applying prepared solution on walls three to four thin coats as desired finishing. 21 Removing / dismambering of disturbedAshlar stone work (plain work) of temple by machenical/manual system carefully with proper marking and complete documentation including all scaffolding and shuttering work, stacking the usefulparts in proper sequence at the place as directed by Engineer incharge. 22 Refixing of existing Ashlar stone work (Plain work) oftemple by machenical/manual system carefully with proper order and sequence, fixing with grinded lime surkhi/ sand mortar 1:2 and joints flush with lime cream and stone dust 1:1 including all scaffolding and shuttering work, the place as directed by Engineer incharge. 23 Providing and fixing of fine dressed Ashlar stone work (Plain work)oftemple by machenical/manual system carefully with proper order and sequence, fixing with grinded lime surkhi/ sand mortar 1:2 and joints flush with lime cream and stone dust 1:1 including all scaffolding and shuttering work, the place as directed by Engineer incharge. 24 Removing of disturbed stone Jali/railing carefully and refixing including making groove with thambli and dasa as per existing pattern with proper adhesive complete in all respect. Upto 50 mm thick 25 Making Gardana under ceiling/ chajja with katla stone and grinded Lime surkhi mortar 1:2 including moulding work and fine finishing with grinded Lime surkhi mortar 1:2 as per existing matching/ traditional practice completev in all respect;. Size 20cm X 20cm. 26 MakingBend -patta, Cornice, Gola & String course with katla stone andLime surkhi mortar 1:2 (projected ) and finishing with grinded Lime surkhi mortar 1:2 including moulding/ design work as per existing matching at site complete in all respect.Size 10cm X 7.50cm. 27 Vaulted roofing (Ladao) with grinded lime sand/Surkhi mortar prepared as per traditional practice including centering shuttering (Dhoola) the layer of lime mortar and brick bats/stone should 25 cm thick and each layer should be done after 1 week complete with top finishing. 28 Chemical treatment of sand stone to clean from yellowness, blackness, algal growth, dust, dirt oily accretions, lime & gypsum deposits, filling of cracks/ joining of gaps/ pointing, strengthening of weak stone, removal of salt effect and application of preservative coating to prevent algal growth and make the stone water proof. 29 Providing and fixing fine dressed sand stone Dasa/coping as per existing matching , fixing in grinded lime surkhi mortar 1:2 including pointing in cream and stone powder 1:1 with an admixture of pigment to match the shade of stone complete in all respect. (a) 75mm to 100mm thick plain with fine 30 Providing and fixing fine dressed sand stone flooring with white sand stone (Bansh paharpur/dholpur stone) (panji marked surface) machine cut of approved shade set in pattern over 30mm thick base of lime surkhi mortar 1:2 including jointing finished flush with lime putty and stone powder with an admixture of pigment as per direction of Engineer incharge. (75mm thick) 31 Providing and fixing fine dressed sand stone Todies (Brackets) as per existing matching stone with moulding work with fine finishing , fixing in grinded lime surkhi mortar 1:2 including scaffolding, lead & lift complete in all respect.(a) Size30cm X30cm X 7.50cm(exposed part only.) 32 Providing and Fixing fine dressed sand stone / approved stone Chajja for palaces,chattries,forts and jharokas with fine dressed surface both sides and front edges should be round shape/moulding, fixing in grinded lime surkhi mortar 1:2 joint flush with proper adhesive with pigment to match the shade of stone (thickness of chajja on front edge 50mm and 75mm on fixing end) exposed surface is to be measured only. 33 Providing and fixing fine dressed sand stone/approved stone JALIas per existing matching geometrical design including moulding work with fine finishing,fixing with thambli by proper adhesive and white cement with pigment including making groove etc. complete in all respect.(b) 50mm thick. 34 Steel-rod stitching incracked stone patties, beam,and lintels.Providing and fixing stainless steel rods of 90cms length of which 15cm on either side and cold bending at 90degrees. The stainless steel clamps to be fixed perpendicular to the crack by drilling in stone and fixing with cement and aradite mixture in such a way that the entire length of the rod is in complete contact of the stone and the bent ends are fully inserted in the cracked stone. Use 316 grade stainless steel charge per hole.steel rod charges are counted per kg.Holes with 6mm, 8mm, 10mm or 12mm dia.as per requirement of position. 35 Flush pointing over joints of dressed stone cladding, chajjas, jali etc.with neat cement, sand & colour including racking the joints as per Jodhpur practice including all leads and lifts with grinded mortar of lime putty and stone powder mixed in 1:1 ratio and gur, methi, gugal etc. are to be mixed as per old traditional practice. 36 Providing and Fixing fine dressed sand stone approved stone Railing as per existing design and matching with thambli,fixing of railing with proper adhesive /clips complete in all respect (thambli & clips paid seperately.) (b) 75 mm. thick with moulding/lining. 37 Providing and Fixing fine dressed sand stone /approved stone Thambli (katahara pillers including) kalash on top,fixing on dasa as per existing design for fixing of stone jalies/railings including making grooves as per required size. (b) Size 125x125x750mm including kalash with moulding. 38 Removing/ dismambering of disturbed heavy stone Lintels of Sabhamandapa/ Antral/ Praeshmandapa by mechanical/ manual system carefully with proper making and complete documentation including all scaffolding and shuttering work, stacking the useful architecture parts in proper sequence at the place directed by Engineer Incharge including placing of non re-usable parts in the sculpture shade as per direction of EI 39 Refixing of heavy stone Lintels of Sabha Mandap/ Antral/ Praeshmandapa as per temple architecture in proper order and sequence including all scaffolding and shuttering work,lead and lift. (Lintels should be fixed in perfect horizontally) as per direction of Engineer Incharge. 40 Providing and fixing stone Lintels of Sabha Mandap/ Antral/ Praeshmandapaas etc.fine dressed as per existing matching stone/ approved quarry with plain moulding work as per temple architecture complete with all scaffolding and shuttering work, lead and lift in proper order and sequence etc.as per direction of Engineer Incharge. 41 Removing/ dismambering of disturbed stone Pillers (Stambhas) of Sabha Mandap/ Antral/ Praeshmandapa etc having carving work without damaging the piller by machenical/ manual system carefully with proper marking and documentation including all scaffolding and shuttering work, stacking the useful pillers in proper sequence at the place directed by Engineer Incharge. 42 Refixing of heavy stone Pillars (Stambha) Sabha Mandap/ Antral/ Praeshmandapa by machenical/ manual system carefully as per temple architectur in proper order and sequence including all scaffolding and shuttering work, all lead and lift. 43 Providing and fixingstone Pillars (Stambha) on pillers of Sabha Mandap/ Antral/ Praeshmandapa etc.fine dressed as per existing matching stone/ approved quarry with plain moulding work as per temple architecture complete with all scaffolding and shuttering work, all lead and lift in proper order and sequence etc.as per direction of Engineer Incharge. 44 Providing and fixing of fine dressed stone Steps (solid) of temple with matching stone/ approved quarry fixing of steps as per temple architecture by machanical/ mannual system carefully in proper order and sequence including all lead & lift as per direction ofEngineer incharge. 45 Construction of Kangoora with stone masonary in grinded Lime surkhi/ sand mortar 1:2 on fort wall as per existing matching & traditional practice including making holes and teerkash etc. matching with existing work complete in all respect including all scaffolding with all lead and lift. 46 Crack filling in masonary walls with grinded masaldar lime surkhi mortar 1:2 (adding gugal, gugal, methi, belgiri ) including cleaning the crackproperly complete in all respect. Crack thickness (average) upto 25mm (average) 47 Providing and laying lime concrete in foundation and plinthusing40%limemortarand20mmnominal sizegradedaggregate(crusherbroken)including ramming and watering complete in all respect comprising of : ( 1 Lime putty : 2 Surkhi mortar.) 48 Providing and fixing double scaffolding system (cup lock type) on the exterior side, upto seven story height made with 40mm dia. M.S. tube 1.5 m centre to centre horizontal & vertical tubes joining with cup & lock system with M.S. tubes, M.S. tube challies, M.S. clamps and M.S. staircase system in the scaffolding for working platform etc. and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for the required duration as approved and removing it there after .The scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracings, runners, connection with the building etc wherever required for inspection of work at required locations with essential safety features for the workmen etc. complete as per directions and approval of Engineer-in-charge .The elevational area of the scaffolding shall be measured for payment purpose .The payment will be made once irrespective of duration of scaffolding. (To be used for maintenance work judicially . necessary deduction for scaffolding in the existing item to be done.) 49 Random Rubble stone masonry with hard stone in superstructure above plinth level and upto five level above:Lime : Sand :Surkhi Mortar 1:1 :1 ( 1 Lime putty: 1 Sand :1 Surkhi ). including lead/lift, tools,pointing and scaffolding etc. 50 Random Rubble stone masonry with hard stone in in foundation and plinth inLime : Sand :Surkhi Mortar 1:1 :1 ( 1 Lime putty: 1 Sand :1 Surkhi ). Including lead / lift, tools, pointing and scaffolding etc. 51 Providing new/restoration of decorative sandstone columns/arches/lintals as per the original details found on Sojati Gate Monument Building. The damaged portions of the original columns/arches/lintals to be carefully dismantled without damaging the adjacent areas & replacing the same with new detail of the same size & design. Sample of the terra cottacolumns/arches/lintals to be shown to the Engineer in chargee for approvals before procuring & fixing the same on site Item to include all necessary anchoring details, scaffolding if required etc. complete Mode of Measurement Item to be paid each restored/new column for using plan.
