Basic Requirements: (I) The Ladies Safety Shoes Shall Be Made Of Corre Cted Grain (Plain) Leather, Black In Colour With Full Vamp P U (Polyurethane) Sole Oil And Acid Resistant, Slip On Sable Design, Generally Conforming To Is:15298 ( Part 1 & 2): 2002 (Ii) The Fibre Toe Cap Should Be Provid Ed. (Iii) The Safety Shoes Shall Be Meant For General Industrial Purpose Use ( For Ladies Use). (Iv) The Firms(S ) Submitting Their Offer Shall Be Iso 9000 Certified Firms(S) And A Certificate In This Regard Must Submitted Al Ong With Offer, Failing To Fulfill This Requirement, The Offer Will Be Ignored.3. Components Requirements: (I) T He Thickness Of Upper Leather Shall Be 2.0+/-0.2Mm. (Ii) One Piece Leather Shall Be Used For Upper. (Iii) Chro Me Tanned Softy Leather Lining Shall Be Used For Quarter. (Iv) Cushioned Lining Shall Be Used For Vamp Lining. (V) Cushioned Padded Collar (12Mm Min) Shall Be Provided. (Vi) Socks Padding Of 3 Mm (Min.) (Vii) The Saf Ety Shoes Shall Withstand Electrical Shock Proof Up To 15 Kv. 4. Sole Requirements And Material:(I) P U Sing Le Density Sole Black In Colour (Ii) The Sole Should Be Anti Slip Design With Cleats Depth 1.5Mm(Min.) (Iii) The Upper Portion And Sole Of Safety Shoes Shall Be Fixed Together With Dip (Direct Injection Process) Method/St Ock On Process. (Iv) The Sole Should Have Hardness Of 50 To 60 Shores.5. Thread: Nylon / Polyster Thread Of Min. Breading Strength 3.5Kg. 6. Tie Attachment: Single Strap With One Velcro Strip ( 3 Long) 7. Size: The Si Ze Of Shoes Shall Be As Per English System. 8. General Requirements :(I) Shoes Size, Month And Year Of Man Ufacture, Manufacturers Inner Sole Toward Heel Side. (Ii) The Shoes Shall Be Packed And Supplied In Cardboa Rd With Indication Of Size Of Shoes [ Warranty Period: 12 Months After The Date
