Tender For Repair Work Of Shed In Nagar Nigam Prakash Store. - Dismantling existing plaster including disposalof refuseas directedby the Engineer-in-charge within a distance of 60 metre (200 feet). 2 First class Brick Work in (1:4) cement & four coarse sand 2.20 F.M. morter in foundation and plinth and T&P etcall completed as per the direction of engineer - in - charge. (AS PER PWD SOR 2022 PAGE NO 20 SI NO 6.05 ITEM NO 305 (a) 3 12 mm thick plaster with cement and coarse sand of1.25 fineness modules in (1:4) over brick work minimum thickness not to be less than 1 cm including supply of all material, labour, tools & plant etc required for proper completion of the work. (AS PER PWD SOR 2022 PAGE NO 36 SI NO 13.11 NEW ITEM ) 4 Distempering (first coat) with oil bound distemper of approved brand and manufacture and ofrequired shade on undecorated wall surface to give an even shade over and including a priming coat with cement primer of approved brand andmanufacture such as Berger, J&N, Shalimar, Asian Paint after thoroughly brushing the surface free from mortar dropping and other foreign matters and also sand papered smooth includingsupply of all materials, labour, Tools & plants etc. required for proper completion of the work. 5 Supplying and fixing rollingSHUTTERSofapproved make made 80x125mm (3x5) coldrolled M.S. lath inter locked throughout theirentire length and joined together at the end byend locks and mounted on specially designedpipeshaftwithbrackets,sideguidesandarrangements for inside and outside locking withpush and pull operation complete but excludingthe cost of top cover and sprinqs. 6 Providing and fixing ball bearing for rollingshutters. 7 Providing and fixing 1mm thick M.S.
