    Bids Are Invited For Modification Of Als 5/7.5 Ton To Construct Penthouse Ads FABRICATION OF REMOVABLE STRUCTURE USING PIPES AND TARPAULINE (MODIFICATION OF ALS 5/7.5 TON TO CONSTRUCT PENTHOUSE ADS OUT OF OCPP FOR THE FY 2024-25) FABRICATION OF REMOVABLE STRUCTURE USING PIPES AND TARPAULINE (MODIFICATION OF ALS 5/7.5 TON TO CONSTRUCT PENTHOUSE ADS OUT OF OCPP FOR THE FY 2024-25) General (a) Structure (i) Removable/ Detachable (ii) Easy Assembly (iii) Well-marked framework (iv) Load bearing Metal – Aluminium Alloy (v) Flooring – Linoleum/ PVC (vi) Electrical Work (vii) Fabrication and Wielding Works (viii) Should have minimum 13 verticle pillars to support on outer wall of the structure. (ix) The roof shall be supported by Tubes of size to confirm the width, depth and height of the structure, as depicted in the sketch (b) Wind-proofing (i) Can withstand wind velocity of 75 km/h (ii) Guy Ropes to be provided for support, each joint between roof and outer wall shall be joined with Angle Iron for support. (iii) External Angle Irons of 48 cm with pointed sharp end for burying will be provided (c) Water Resistance Levels – 100% Water Proof 2 Metal Framework (a) Highly durable round tubes of 2 inch diameter pillars with 1-1/2 inch diameter tubes to support the fabric and joints (i) Tubular Poles (ii) Light Weight Highly Durable, Aluminium Alloy (iii) Corrosion Free (iv) Naturally anodised/ evenly spray painted Grey (v) Colour Fast (vi) Smooth Surface (b) Corner Joints for supports and inserts (c) MS Base Plates with 50 cm long J Bolts to support the pillars (d) All insertable and screwed to have more stability (e) All Assembly parts to be well marked for identification and pairing.
