    Bids Are Invited For Custom Bid For Services - Industronics Service Engg Charges Customized AMC/CMC for Pre-owned Products 3 YRS AMC SERVICES - INDUSTRONICS PA SYSTEM Industronics Service Engg Charges Charges per service engineer for carrying out repair / service Industronic make PA system Scope of job: Man-day charges shall be payable for working at HPCL site only for attending breakdown/preventive maintenance checks of Industronic make PA system on normal working days, Sundays and Holidays as and when required on call basis. In-case of not completing the stipulated 8 hours Pro-rata deductions will be applicable. 1) Vendor to carry out preventive maintenance/ break down maintenance of the system as and when required during the period of operation of contract. 2) Whenever break down maintenance service is attended and if the next preventive maintenance is due the same to be carried out during break down maintenance visit itself. Charges for service engineer is inclusive of travelling, lodging & boarding. PRICE REDUCTION CLAUSE/PENALTY CLAUSE: i. In-case of not completing the stipulated 8 hours Pro-rata deductions will be applicable. ii. The reporting of service engineer after 7 days of intimation by HPCL EIC, would attract a penalty of 3000 RS per day Total Quantity :
