Capacity: Up to 500 KVA Replacement of Teflon gaskets, silica gel set as per the requirements. Dis-connection of primary & secondary terminations. Cleaning of HV & LV bushings. Testing of transformer for voltage ratio test, magnetic balance test, insulation resistance Test, BDV of oil, and open circuit test. Thorough checking for oil leakages and attending the same. Checking of oil level and topping up the same. Re connection of primary & secondary terminations. Check through tightness of all hardware /fasteners on HT/LT termination. 1 Job 2 Transformer maintenance and overhauling services with consumables.
