Stn Under Age (I) Nimu; 1 Taking down copper/aluminium point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete, including fixture and fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators, sockets, light fitting etc. removing materials to store for keeping in safe custody or for taking credit (credit for above items should be made as per conditions separately) and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors, etc 2 M&L repair for point wiring with PVC insulated single core cable of stranded copper conductors of size 1.5 sqmm, 1100 volt grade drawn in and including rigid PVC casing caping accessories lain on wall/ceiling surface and fixed with PVC saddles and back-plate and GI screws, including PVC insulated single core cable of stranded copper conductor of size 1.5 sqmm as earth continuous wire connected to common earth and PVC Board for housing like switches, sockets, fan regulators etc all as directed for following :-(a) One light point/one fan point controlled by one switch. 3 M&L repair for point wiring with PVC insulated single core cable of stranded copper conductors of size 1.5 sqmm, 1100 volt grade drawn in and including rigid PVC casing caping accessories lain on wall/ceiling surface and fixed with PVC saddles and back-plate and GI screws, including PVC insulated single core cable of stranded copper conductor of size 1.5 sqmm as earth continuous wire connected to common earth and PVC Board for housing like switches, sockets, fan regulators etc all as directed for following :-(b) One 3 pin 5 amps socket outlet independent with cables 1.5 sqmm size. 4 M&L repair for point wiring with PVC insulated single core cable of stranded copper conductors of size 1.5 sqmm, 1100 volt grade drawn in and including rigid PVC casing caping accessories lain on wall/ceiling surface and fixed with PVC saddles and back-plate and GI screws, including PVC insulated single core cable of stranded copper conductor of size 1.5 sqmm as earth continuous wire connected to common earth and PVC Board for housing like switches, sockets, fan regulators etc all as directed for following :-(c) One 3 pin 5 Amp socket outlet on same board. 5 All same as per item No 3above but with conductor of size 4 sqmm (Nominal area) for one 3 pin socket outlet 15 Amps on independent board complete and earth continuity wire with 4 sqmm PVC insulated stranded copper conductor Cable. 6 S&F repair socket 2 in 1, 5 pin 5 Amp flush type complete all as specified. 7 S&F repairswitch piano flush type 5 Amp, single pole, one way complete all as specified and directed. 8 S&frepair Switch socket combination 2 in 1, 3 pin, 5 Amp flush type complete all as specified and directed. 9 S&F in Repair switch Socket Combination 2 in 1, 3 pin, 15/16 amp flush type Universal complete all as specified and directed. 10 M&Lin repair for ceiling rose surface Bakelite 65x50mm two to three terminal complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. 11 S&Fin repair basic all purpose surface and wall mounted LED batten with polycarbonate housing and integreted electronic driver of cap 20 watt, 4 feet long,with all accessories complete all as per specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. 12 Supply and fixing LED lights fittings 10/12 watt, 220 v, AC decorative box type with driver , holder including LED tube light connecting up with three core flexible copper conductor cable of suitable size from ceiling rose complete. 13 S & F LED light fitting 1x9W/1X10W bulkhead luminaires including LED light driver holder connecting up with three core flexible copper conductor cable of suitable size. 14 S&Fin repair sheet metal powder coated versatile Double door SPN distribution board,12 way suitable for MCBs fitted with copper bus bar rated 200amps, neutrallink , earth bar and din rail suitable for use on 240 Volt, 50Hz . 15 S&Fin repair sheet metal powder coated versatile double door SPN distribution board,16 way suitable for MCBs fitted with copper bus bar rated 200amps, neutrallink , earth bar and din rail suitable for use on 240 Volt, 50Hz . 16 M&Lin repair for MCB SPN 63 Amp, 240V with 10KA breaking capacity of C series in distribution boards all as specified and directed. 17 S&F in repairs to MCB SP 6-32 Amp with 10KA breaking capacity of C series in distribution boards all as specified and directed. 18 Supply and fix exhaust fan, steel body AC single Phase. 230V of size 300mm sweep with, blades, and frame and louvers complete as per specified and as directed by Engr in Charge. 19 Supply and laying or fixing or passing through pipe, 1100 volts grade heavy duty cable with PVC insulated aluminium conductor served with an inner sheathing of PVC tape armoured with galvanised steel wire or tape and overall PVC sheathed 2 core, 10 sq. mm nominal cross section in service connectionsall as per specified and as directed by Engr in Charge. 20 Dismantling and Taking down old Street light building security light fitting from poles, flood lights and post top lanrern light and garden light for replacement with LED fittings all as specified and as directed by Engr in Charge. 21 Supply and fix in repair LED Street light fitting 35 Watt 230V AC outdoor type with high pressure die cast aluminum hosing and heat resistane complete with driver lamp bracket with impact and corrosion resistant including thermal managenent in multiple optics complete with IP 65/66 peotection complete as per specified and as directed by Engr in Charge. 22 M&L GI bracket 1.5 mtr long made out of GI pipe 40mm dia bend to suitable radius incl clamps nuts bolts washer incl painting with aluminum paint etc complect all as specified and directed by Engr in Charge. 23 Dismantling old U/S Lt feeder piller box / Busbar chamber incl all outgoing and incoming connection and making good the disturbed area from site all as specified and directed by Engr in Charge. 24 M&L for Busbar chambers with 4 aluminium busbar strip of rating 400 Amp 6 Way fixed on angle iron of size 40mm x 40mm x 5mm complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge. 25 Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode of size (600 x 600 x 6.3) mm thick buried directly into ground vertically to depth not less than 2.25 metre below normal ground level with top edge of earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5 metre below normal ground level, surrounded on all sides by alternate layers of 150 mm thick charcoal and common salt,connected to galvanized earh lead wire of size 4.0 mm dia by means of lugs, bolts, nuts, washer, check nuts of galvanised iron or steel all as shown in Electrical plate No. 3, wire protected by dia 15 mm bore light grade GI Pipe laid in floor and fixed to wall with proper size of clamps and watering pipe of bore 20 mm dia GI light grade including wire mesh funnel, PCC, earth chamber pit with PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm grade stone aggreate including form work cement mortar including CI Pit cover with frame necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil including testing on completion for desired result all as specified.
