Tender For Addn/ Altn For Roof Treatment And Connected B/R Wks In Offrs Md Accn At Middle Shankar Vihar And Other Certain Minor Works In The Area Of Age B/R-Ii Of Ge (South) Delhi Cantt-10; 1 Demolition of reinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specially provided for including cutting of reinforcement to facilitate demolition (Parapet wall) complete all as specified and as directed. 2 Demolition of Brickwork built in cement mortar including all quioins, arches, pillars etc complete all as specified and as directed. 3 Dismantling of brick tiles (laid flat or on edge) on roof surface.laid bedded and pointed in any mortar complete all as specified and as directed. 4 M & L for demolition of mud in roof, any thickness, including plastering and leeping upto four storey bldg incl necessary scaffolding arrangement and removing from cantonment area or as directed complete all as directed. 5 M&L forCement concrete type B-0, 1:2:4 (12.5mm graded aggregate)as inroof padding, finished even and smooth without using extra cement ,includingcleaningthe concrete surface by steel wire brushes, up to four stories bldgs, complete all as speified and as directed. 6 M&L for complete surface treatment and insulation system over concrete roof surface, including the following operations, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge:a) Cleaning of existing roof surface using wire brush and air blower to remove dust, debris, and loose particles. Cutting open existing cracks in V-groove and sealing with polyurethane sealant or polymer-modified mortar. Repairing unsound surfaces using SBR-based bonding agent and polymer-modified mortar. Where required, filling horizontal depressions using free-flowing micro-concrete.b) Applying single-component, solvent-based, moisture-cured polyurethane resin primer low viscous and high penetrative — using brush/roller at minimum 200 ml/sq.m (adjustable as per porosity). Primer to be mixed uniformly using electric stirrer.c) Applying two coats of single-component, non-UV-resistant polyurethane waterproofing membrane over the primed surface at intervals of 4–6 hours. complete all as specified and as directed. 25 M&L for complete removal of existing treatment under (OBD/Oil paint/ white wash etc)by scrapping with mechanical wall sander on wall/ceiling (having mechanical vacuum mechanism) having RPM not less than 1500, sending pad of 80 grit having dia of 7/9to make the surface free from dust, loose paint , removal of nails etc and filling cracks/ holes and windows /doors jams by putty & repairs in good shape by skilled labour complete all as specified and as directed. 26 M&L for waterproof cement based putty of average thickness1-2 mm over the plastered/Old painted wall /ceiling surcafes to make the surface free from dust etc, by skilled labor as per following steps :-Step 1 :-Mix the putty powder by adding water as per manufacturer instructions and mix it with wall mixture with the mixing capacity of minimum 2.5 kg putty per minute Step 2 :-Applying the first coat of prepared mixture with the help of fully automatic airless spray machine of putty application having flow speed of maximum 6 liters per minute with a maximum pressure of 3300 PSI.Step 3 :- Allow 6-8 Hrs time to dry the putty surface. 27 M&L for applying two coat of super quality weather proof exterior emulsion paint over and including one coat of primer using airless spray technology with max working pressure of 3300 PSI and capable of operating single spray gun with a max material hose length of 30 m the spray machine should be of reputed manufacturer with Pro guard technology and capability of tracking pressure and paint usage and certified by pain manufacturer and as mentioned in PS and accessories for applying distemper should be able to spray in hard to reach areas and penetration of distemper on the surface complete all as specified and as directed. 28 Excavation in post holes in hard / dense soils , each not exceeding 0.50 cum, getting out, returning filling in and ramming earth in layers not exceeding 25 cm including watering & removing surplus soil to a distance notexc. 50m & making good surface complete all as specified and as directed 29 M&L for cement concrete (1:4:8) Type D-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundations, filling and mass concrete, complete all as specified and directed. 30 Cutting holes in brick walls in built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar exc half brick but not exc one brick complete alll as specified and as directed. 31 Cutting chases ,pinning in , making good to facings where required and pointing in cement mortar 1:3 to ends or edges or landings, steps, cills, sunshades,shelves,lintel,etc and cutting in chases for concealed conduit wiring, etc and making good, cutting not exceeding 10 cm girth complete alll as specified and as directed. 32 M&L for mild steel work in tubular trusses including special shaped washer, cleats etc complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes confirming to IS: 1161-1979 grade st - 240 complete all as specified and as directed. 33 S & F Pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and as directed. 34 M&L for 100 mm thick cement concrete (1:4:8) Type D-2, (40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate), as in sub-base of floor and similar works complete all as specified and as directed. 35 M&L for cement concrete type B-1, 1:2:4 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in holdfasts, coping on edges etc including weathering slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating as directed including necessary formwork complete all as specified and as directed. 36 M&L for 60 mm thick factory made, M-35 grade machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block of any colour, any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006, laid over and including 50 mm laid sand cusioning complete all as specified and as directed.
