To execute the Works as per Condition 4(A) of GENERAL CONDITIONS OF CONTRACTS (IAFW-2249) and all as specified in the MES STANDARD SCHEDULE OF RATES 2009 PART-I (SPECIFICATIONS) and MES STANDARD SCHEDULE OF RATES 2020 PART-II (RATES) together with ERRATANILand AMENDMENT No. 1 TO 3forPART-I (SPECIFICATIONS) and ERRATA/ AMENDMENT No. 01 to 122 for PART-II (RATES) subject to Quoted Percentage by the Tenderer/Bidder, the Work(s) shall be carried out as per Work Order(s) placed by the Engineer-in-Charge during the Period of TWELVE MONTHS (Work Order(s) placed is/are to completed) from the Date of Acceptance of Tender.NOTE : Tenderer/Bidder shall insert the Percentage under Col. 5 against \"Estimated Rate\" (Col. F, Row 16 of BOQ Excel Sheet) by selecting the Option \"Select\" (under Col. 4, Row 15 of BOQ Excel Sheet) Excess (+) or Less (-) to Quote Percentage above or below the MES STANDARD SCHEDULE OF RATES 2020 PART–II (RATES) respectively.For Acceptance purpose Percentage Quoted by the Tenderer/Bidder will be taken into account.
