Tender For Supply, Installation, Testing And Commissioning Of Electrical Facilities For Plant Growth Glass House Facility At Nipgr.; 1 Supply, laying, testing & commissioning of 1100 volt grade armoured XLPE insulated, innersheath of PVC tape, and overall PVC sheathed aluminium conductor cable confirmimg to IS 7098 (part-1) of 2 runs of 3.5C x 185 sqmm size direct in ground, including excavation, sand cushioning, protective covering, refilling the trench as required as per CPWD specifications & instructions of Engineer in Charge. (The cable total length is 600 mtrs (2x300 mtrs), and trench length is 300 mtrs). 2 Supplying and making end termination with brass compression gland and aluminium lugs for cable of 3.5C x 185sqmm size of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade as required & instructions of Engineer in Charge. 3 Main Distribution Board Design, manufacture, testing at works, supply, installation, testing, and commissioning of the following:A front-operated, front-access, cubicle-type panel fabricated from 2mm thick sheet steel, dust and vermin proof, double door construction, IP66 rated, complete with hinged and lockable doors, detachable top cover, internal interconnections by copper tapes/wires, painting, copper crimping lugs, brass glands, bonding to earth, and epoxy painting.The panel shall be suitable for operation at 415V, 3-phase, 4-wire, 50Hz system, complying with IS specifications and instructions of the Engineer-in-Charge (E.I.C.). All live accessible parts shall be shrouded, and all equipment shall be finger-touch proof.The bus bar insulation shall be provided using heat-shrinkable sleeves.SMC/DMC busbar supports shall be used.A padlocking facility shall be provided.Necessary gaskets for doors, flexible earthing, and danger boards shall be provided.The gland plate shall be 3mm thick with knockouts. INCOMING 1 No. 400A TP MCCB with 36kA service breaking capacity, adjustable trip settings, overcurrent protection, magnetic short-circuit release, and heavy-duty solid neutral link. INDICATING PANELThe incoming feeder shall have the following indicating instruments:Digital Ammeter of the required range with associated CTs.Digital Voltmeter.3 Nos. Phase Indicating Lamps (each backed up with MCB).2 Nos. ON/OFF indicating lamps for the incomer feeder to indicate feeder status. BUS BARElectrolytic high-conductivity aluminium busbar for three phases and neutral.Busbar rated for 400A with a maximum current density of 1A per sqmm.Neutral busbar shall be of 100% capacity of the phase busbars. OUTGOINGS 8 Nos. 125A, 4P MCBs, 10kA service breaking capacity, with overcurrent and magnetic short circuit protection, and heavy-duty solid neutral links. 4 Supplying & Fixing of 12 core full loaded LIU with 12 port network smart switch should be of 1U size and 19” rack-mountable encloser.LIU should be complete with 9/125μm multi mode pigtails.LIU should be complete with splicing tray and other standard accessories.LIU should be loaded with SC/LC-type adopter and couplers.LIU should be of ROHS compliant. 5 Supplying & laying of Fibre Optic Cable ISO/IEC-11801-OM3 50μ Duplex, LSZH, Shall be Duplex Multi Mode Fibre Optic OM3 50μ, Shall support network line speeds up to 10 Gbps. Shall have LC-LC connectors at the ends, complete in all respects. The cable should be laid with a suitable PVC pipe on the wall with clamps/in ground with the required excavation, protection and covering, refilling the trench as required. 6 Earthing with G.I. earth plate 600 mm X 600 mm X 6 mm thick including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe of 2.7 metre long etc. (but without charcoal/ coke and salt ) as required 7 Providing and fixing 25 mm X 5 mm G.I. strip on surface or in recess and connections etc. as required & instructions of Engineer in Charge.
