Renovation Of Panchayat Ghar Dalwan- 1 Taking out existing wooden door shutter, repair by cutting, painting etc. and refixing of repaired door shutters to existing door frames, including replacement of hinges with screws, etc. as required, all complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge. 2 Providing and fixing bright finished aluminium handles 4 with screws etc. complete : 3 Providing and fixing bright finished aluminium 12mm Tower Bolt 4 with screws etc. complete : 4 Providing and fixing glazing in aluminum door, window, ventilator shutters with float glass panes of 5mm thickness. 5 Providing and fixing fly proof stainless steel grade 304 wire gauge with 0.5 mm dia wireand 1.4 mm wide aperture with matching wood beading in aluminum door, window, ventilator shuttersincluding enamel paint and primer. 6 Providing and fixing of 35mm thick half glazed and half panelled shutters for windows (KD)using 10kg/sqm (4 mm Thick) float glass panes including ISI marked M.S pressed butt hinges bright finished of Required size with necessary screws. (KD-Wood). 7 Providing and fixing of 35mm thick panelled shutters for doors including ISI marked M.S pressed butt hinges bright finished of Required size with necessary screws, door fittings and fixtures including two coats of wood varnish. (KD-Wood). 8 Finishing with Deluxe multi surface paint system for interiors and exteriors using primer as per manufacturers’ specifications: Painting wood work with deluxe multi surface paint of required shade. Two or more coats applied @ 0.90litre/10sqm over an under coat of primer applied @ 0.75litre/10sqm of approved brand and .manufacture 9 Providing and laying vitrified floor tiles in sizes 600x600mm (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to lS: 15622 of approved make in all colours and shades, laid on 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement :4 coarse sand) including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc. complete 10 Providing and fixing 1st quality ceramic glazed tiles of size 600x600mm conforming to IS :·13753 of minimum thickness 5 mm of approved make like NITCO, ORIENT, SOMANY KAJARIA, or equivalent make in all colour, shades except begundy, bottle green, black of any size as approved by Eningeerin-Charge in skirting, risers of steps and dados over 12 mm thick bed of Cement Mortar 1:3 ( 1 cement: 3 coarse sand) and jointing wtih grey cement slurry@ 3.3 kg per sqm including pointing in white cement mixed with pigment of matching shade complete. 11 P/A white cement based putty of average thickness 2mm of approved brand and manufacturer over the plastered/concrete wall surface/ceiling to prepare the surface even and smooth complete 12 Providing and laying in position Supplying and fixing rolling shutters of approved make, made of requiredsize M.S. laths, interlocked together through their entire length and jointedtogether at the end by end locks, mounted on specially designed pipe shaftwith brackets, side guides and arrangements for inside and outside lockingwith push and pull operation complete, including the cost of providing andfixing necessary 27.5 cm long wire springs manufactured from high tensilesteel wire of adequate strength confirming to IS:4454 part-1 and M.S. topcover of required thickness for rolling shutters80x0.90 mm M.S. laths with 0.90 mm thick top cover 13 P/F of lighting points as well as lighting circiut incl. point wiring through conduits with1.5 Sqmm Multi Standard copper wire of approved make for light, fan points etccomplete in all respects. 14 P/F of heating points as well as heating circiut incl. point wiring through conduits with4 Sqmm Multi Standard copper wire of approved make for heating points etccomplete in all respects. 15 P/f of 1200mm sweep ceiling fan of approved qulaity and make incl. cost of fandimmer and M.S hooks (if required) complete (USHA, Havells or eq.make) 16 P/F of LED lights 9 Watt of Standard quality of approved make, phillips, syska or equivalent. 17 Engaging of Labourers for clearing of site by way of removing of malba, unserviceable material, vegetations etc and dispose of same within a lead of 50mtr lead etc complete job. 18 Add provisions for signboard, Photographesand other unforseen items.
