The tests shall include capacitance and Tan-Delta measurement (to be conducted by duly calibrated OMICRON/Megger make Test Kit) and Polarity check, current ratio and knee point voltage test (to be conducted by duly calibrated OMICRON/Megger make CT Analyser) and IR Value (5KV).
