Tender For Repair Of Agamt Library Repair To Parivakkam In Parivakkam Panchayat-2 Earth work excavation for foundation in all soils and sub soils to full depth etc., ordinary soil complete 3 Cement Concrete 1:4:8 (One Cement, Four M.Sand and eight hard broken stone jelly) using 40 mm gauge hard broken granite stone jelly for foundationincluding dewatering wherever necessary and laid in layers of not more than 15 cm thick, well rammed, consolidated and curing etc. complete complying with standard specification 4 Weathering course in brick jelly lime concrete using broken brick jelly of size 20mm uniform gauge in pure slaked lime (no crushed stone M.Sand to be used) to the proportion of brick jelly to lime being 32:12.5 by volume and laid over the RCC roof slab in a single layer of required slope and finished by beating the concrete with wooden beaters of approved pattern, keeping the surface constantly wet by sprinkling lime jaggery water, etc., complete as per standard specification and as directed by the deparmental officers. 5 Finishing the top of roof with one course of Pressed tiles conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges etc complete for 10 Sqm 6 clean removal of plaster from wall 20mm depth 7 Plastering with cement mortar 1:5 mixto12mmthick includingcost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges etc 8 Brick work using country bricks of size 83/4x41/4x23/4in cement mortar 1:5 (One cement and fiveM.Sand) including curing neat finishing, etc., complete complying with standard specifiction. 9 Flooring with following ceramic tiles of size 305 x 305 x 6 mm laid over 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:3 (One Cement and ThreeM.Sand)base mortar over the existing slab / floor including cutting the tiles to the required size with special cutter wherever necessary, laying in position and pointing with white cement mixed with colouring pigment at the rate of 0.3 Kg. / sq.m. etc., complete complying with standard specification.(The make and brand of the tiles should be got approved by Executive Engineer before use on works) 10 Distembering two coats with best approved distemberincluding cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges etc complete 11 Painting two coats with Emulsion Paint over the one coat of Priming coatincluding cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges etc complete 12 Painting two coats over new iron works using ready mixed enamel paint including cost and conveyance of paint and all labour charges etc complete 13 Earthwork excavation and depositing on bank with initial lead and lift in hard stiff clay soil and hard gravel soil as per standard specification SS 20 B for narrow foundation 14 Cement Concrete 1:4:8 mix using 40mm ISS HBG metal including cost and conveyance of materials to site and all other labour charges, etc. complete. 15 Brick work in cement mortar 1:5 (one cement five sand) using country Bricks ground moulded of size 23x11x7 cm. for the following including curing etc., complete complying with standard specification. 16 Supplying & Erecting centering for sides & soffits including necessary supports & strutting up to 3.29m height for plane surfaces in all floors with all cross bracings using mild steel sheets of size 90 x 60cm & 10 gaugecomplete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers. Rate for 10m2.for the following items 17 Supplying, fabricating and placing in position Mild Steel / Ribbed Tor Steel grills for all RCC works as per design given including cost of steel and G.I. binding wire in all floors etc. complete complying with standard specification.(Contractor has to make his own arrangements for the supply of steel and binding wire) 18 Cement concrete 1:1.5:3using 20mm ISS HBG metal for all RCC item of works excluding cost of Rein forcemeat and fabricating charges, centering and shuttering but including curing and providing fixtures like fan clamps in the RCC floor or roof slabs wherever necessary and bearing surfaces of walls , sides and bottom of the slabs, beams etc., shall be finished smooth with cement mortar 1:3, 12mm thick. and with Kraft paper without claiming extra as directed by the departmental officers complete complying with standard specifications 19 Paving the Floor with Antiskid tiles of size 305x305x6mm laid in CM 1:3,10mm thick and pointing with white cement 0.40kg per sqm mixed with colouring pigment to suit thecolour of the tilesincludingcost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges etc., complete as per standard specification. 20 Plastering with CM 1:5,12mm thick. over the cement concrete for floor finish including curing etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers. 21 Plastering with cement mortar 1:3 mixto 10 mm thick including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges etc complete 22 Distempering two coats with best approved oil bound distemper including cost of painting priming coat over new plastered surface and conveyance of all materials to site and all labor charges 23 Interior / Exterior Emulsion Two coats over priming coat including cost and conveyance of all materials and labor charges etc complete. 24 Painting two coats over new iron works such as steel doors, windows, ventilators, window bars, balustrades etc., withbest approved best quality of synthetic enamel paint of approved color over the existing priming coat etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers. 25 Supplying and fixing in positon Europeon Water Closet white glazed earthern ware of approved quality and brand with P or S trap conforming to BIS with crushed stone M.Sandcushion and forming flooring alround the closet using 40mm broken brick jelly in lime concrete 1:2:5 (One lime, Two crushed stone M.Sandand Five brick jelly) 100mm thick and finishing the top to the required slope and including giving necessary connection to CI soil pipes (including the cost of 100mm dia CI pipe for a length of 600mm) by dismantling brick masonry wall / reinforced cement concrete roof / floor slab and making good the dismantled portion to the original condition with leakages etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers.(The water closet should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use on works). 26 GST Amount for providing Service to Government Contract Works for the above Construction & Maintenance Works. { GST Amount is the Total GST Amount for overall quoted amount (Both Construction and Maintenance) above this row in column BB for all works in this package}(Refer Clause 13.2 & 13.3 of Section 2 of Instruction to Bidders (ITB) of SBD)
