Any type of material obtained during excavation of old existing surface and below strata treated as any kind ofsoil.”complete all as specified and directed. 2 M & L for Moorum / red bajari in paving, forming enbankment including raising (or lowering) earth, spreading in layers n exc 30 cm thick, watering ramming/rolling and finishing to required size, shape, etc. not exc 1.5 mm high from base complete all as specified and directed. 3 M&L for for laying and compacting 200mm thick (compacted thickness) Granular Sub Base Course (GSB) grading as per Grade V as specified Table-1 of MoRTH specifications for Road and Bridge works, 2013, in a single layer over compacted subgrade with natural sand crushed gravel, crushed stone, crushed slag, or combination thereof as per the grading required.
