Tender For Construction Of One End Ramp At Clp; 1 Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) means over areas (exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including getting outin all kind of soil and disposal of excavated earth lead upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5m complete all as specified and directed .Note : The old existing road with all layer and strata below old existing surface treated as in any kind of soil for excavation, returning filling and removal. Any type of material obtained during excavation of old existing surface and below strata treated as any kind ofsoil.”complete all as specified and directed. 2 M & L for Moorum / red bajari in paving, forming enbankment including raising (or lowering) earth, spreading in layers n exc 30 cm thick, watering ramming/rolling and finishing to required size, shape, etc. not exc 1.5 mm high from base complete all as specified and directed. 3 M&L for for laying and compacting 200mm thick (compacted thickness) Granular Sub Base Course (GSB) grading as per Grade V as specified Table-1 of MoRTH specifications for Road and Bridge works, 2013, in a single layer over compacted subgrade with natural sand crushed gravel, crushed stone, crushed slag, or combination thereof as per the grading required. The materials are mechanically mixed, spread and levelling on subgrade by using motor grader of adequate capacity 80-100 KN static weight for chieving required compaction density of at least 98% of the Maximum dry Density. Consolidating to required gradient and camber complete all as specified and directed with finished surface tolerances as per Table 400-1 of MoRTH specifications for Road and Bridge works, 2013 complete all as specified and directed. 4 M&L for providing and laying Dry lean Concrete (DLC) 100mm thick of aggregate gradation as per Table 1 of SP 49: 2014 having 7 days average compressive strength not less than 7 Mpa. Minimum cement content not less that 140 Kg/Cum DLC mixed in Batching Plant, transported to site and laid by electronic sensor paver including spreading and compacting using high amplitude tamping bars of paver (initial compction) further by double drum smooth wheeled vibratory rollers with 80-100 KN static weight to achieve minimum dry density, necessary finishing etc complete all as specified and tolerances to be as per table 900-1 of MoRTH specifications for Road and Bridge work 2013 complete all as specified and directed. 5 M&L for polythene film, 150 micron thick, laid on a coat of bitumen primer @ 0.30 to 0.50 Kg per Sqm complete all as specified and directed . 6 M&L for pavement quality concrete (PQC) of minimum 28 days field Flexural strength of 45 Kg/ Sqcm or 4.5 Mpa aggregate gradation as per Table 3 of IRC 15-2017 coarse aggregate of clean, hard strong, dense, non-porous and durable pieces of crushed stone or gravel, fine aggregates of clean natural sand or crushed stone sand or combination of both using minimum 360 kg/cum of cement with non-circular, virgin synthetic fibre of 12-18 mm length, specific gravity 1.34 to 1.39, UV stable, alkali resistant with minimum melting temperature as 240degree C and minimum tensile tensile strength of 300 Mpa and the rate as specified by the manufacturer. PQC laid, spread and compacted with slip-form paver, including curing and tining by Texturing cum Curing Machine complete all as specified and directed. Required texturing to be done as specified in Clause 10.1.14 and table 9 of IRC: 15-2017 complete all as specified and directed. 7 Removing excavated material exc. 250m and n exc 500m depositing where directed at a level n exc. 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed. 8 Formwork to sides of concrete foundations, footings, base of columns, raft and raft beam, sides of soffits (if any) of foundation and plinth beams, and similar work, vertical or to batter of rough finished surfaces of concrete. 9 Material and labour for forming 25 mm width expansion joint in concrete slab for full depth of POC. Early entry saw and ubsequent cutting by using diamond bit cutter of appropriate size, straight and smooth edges. Joint cleaned thoroughly with application of compressed air. Joint shall be made dry, vacuum cleaned and free of dirt, oil, vegetation and other debris. The joint then filled with pre-molded 25 mm thick compressible polyethylene closed cell type filler board as specified thereafter application of two coats of primer with thin brush by forward and backward movement at an interval of 30 minutes before placing the backup rod and pouring the sealant Placing of closed cell medium density, crossed linked polyethylene foam backup rod of 30 mm dia, over filler board and filled with polyurethane based sealant complying with BS 5212, BS 4254 and EN-141875-2003 with minimum movement accommodation factor (MAF) of+/- 30% having minimum 10 year performance guarantee applying masked tape on the edges of joints and removing the masking tape after filling of sealant as per the method specified by the manufacture with and including 20mm dia mild steel dowel bars 50cm long (25cm in each slab) with ferrules, spaced at 300mm centres, including boring, formwork and preformed filler for dowels complete as specified and directed. 10 Material and labourfor forming dummy/contraction joint with an initial saw cut of 3 mm soon after the concrete has set, upto a depth of 1/3 rd to 1 /4th the thickness of the slab , widening the first saw cut to 6 mm and 24 mm deep by using diamond bit cutter of appropriate size straight and smooth edges Joint cleaned thoroughly with application of compressed air. Joint shall be made dry, vacuum cleaned and free of dirt, oil vegetation and other debris. Application of two coats of primer with thin brush by forward and backward movement at an interval of 30 minutes before placing the backup rod and pouring the sealant. Placing of closed cell, medium density, crossed linked polyethylene foam backup rod of 8 mm dia, application of bond breaker tape on top of back up rod for complete width of the joint and filled with polyurethane based sealant complying with BS 5212 , BS 4254 and EN-141875-2003 with minimum movement accommodation factor (MAF) OF +/- 30% having minimum 10 year performance guarantee, applying masked tape on the edges of joints and removing the masking tape after filling of sealant as per the method specified by the manufacturerwith and including 20mm dia mild steel dowel bars 50cm long (25cm in each slab) with ferrules, spaced at 300mm centres, including boring, formwork and preformed filler for dowels complete as specified and directed. complete all as specified & directed. 11 Excavation over areas in all kinds of soil, (exceeding 30cm in depth, 1.5m in width as well as 10 Sqm on plan)by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift up to 1.5m, including getting out excavated soils and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50m completed all as specified and directed. 12 M & L for cement concrete 1:3:6 type C2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate in foundations, filling and mass concrete. 13 M & L for random rubble, uncoursed well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted built in CM 1:6, all as specified and directed. 14 M&L for 200mm thick Soling (or sub base) below incasing with broken boulders or quarried stone, interstices filled, surface formed and rolled and considered to required gradient and camber complete all as specified and directed. 15 M&L Reinforced concrete pipes 450 mm dia, class NP3, laid and jointed complete with collars complete all as specified and directed. 16 M & L for Flush pointing to random rubble masonry uncoursed or brought upto course in CM (1:4) complete all as specified and as directed. 17 M & L for providing cement concrete type B-1, 1:2:4 using 20mm graded stone aggregate in copings, haunchings and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, with necessary form work as required & directed. 18 M & L for rendering 15mm thick in cement plaster 1:4 on fair surfaces of brick work or concrete surfaces, is to be finished even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. 19 M&L cement concrete type C1 1:3:6 using 20 mm graded aggregate as in coping, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating complete all as specified and directed. 20 Returning, filling in,including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25cm thick with soils complete all as specified and directed. 21 Excavation over areas, not exc 1.5m deep and getting out hard/dense soil complete all as specified and directed. 22 M&L form work to side of pillars, posts, column, side of column and similar vertical work for rough finishes surfaces of concrete, square, rectangular surfaces complete all as specified and directed. 23 M&L mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over cut to length bent to shape required, including cranking, bending sprirally for hooping for columns hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips quality conforming to IS complete all as specified and directed. 24 M&L RCC M25 using 20mm graded stone aggregates as in Foundations, including rafts, footings, foundation beams, plinth beams, bases for columns, etc basement slabs, under-reamed piles and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed. 25 M&L for RCC M-25 Walls, retaining walls,basement walls, ballast walls and the like; any thickness; above top of footings; including attached pilasters and buttresses 26 M/L filling under floor with moorum in layers not exceeding 15 cm thick, spread, levelled and rammed including watering complete all as specified and directed. 27 M/L hardcore of guage exc 63mm but not exc 100mm, deposited, spread & leveled in layers n. exc 15cm thick, watered & rolled/ rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and directed. 28 M&L RCC M25 using 20mm graded stone aggregates as in coping slabs supported on columns, in floors, roofs, landings, balconies, canopies, deck slabs and in shelves and the like complete all as specified and directed. 29 Material and labour for rendering 10 mm thick in CM 1:4onfair faces of the brick / RCC work is to be finished even and smooth without using extra cement all as directed by EIC 30 M&Lfor two coats of cement base paintover newly plaster/concretesurfaces of wall any description of of plastered surface incl priming coat all as specified and directed as permanufactures instructions.
