    Tender For Providing And Fixing Of Anchor Fasteners On External Stone Facade At Yamuna Bhawan; Providing & fixing Counter sunk head Stain less Steel (grade- 304) anchor fasteners with embedment depth of min. 50mm, having double threaded Stainless-steel screw. andplastic sleeves, of 10 mm dia, length 140 mm , as per detail specification mentioned in tender document, on each external cladding stone after drilling of holes on each stone using core bit / hammer drill bit of required diameter., along with fixing of double scaffolding system (cup lock type) on the exterior side, up to required height; with all safety arrangements, Repair of Stone Joints wherever necessary with epoxy grouting including all machineries, equipment and testing of anchored fasteners as detailed in scope of work, required to complete the work in all respect as directed by Engineer in Charge at site. Note:Note: a. Rate to be quoted for each piece. b. The initial quantity of the item to be quoted in the Price Bid Proforma is 1,500 Nos. This quantity is indicative and may be extended up to 7,500 Nos depending on actual site conditions and requirements during execution.
