Airport Raipur; 1 SH:- I Supply of Item 2 Supply of 1X 16 sq.mm 5 KV grade Single Core unarmoured Primary Circuit Cable with Stranded Annealed Plain Copper Conductor, XLPE/PVC insulated and Polyethylene (PE) sheathed,Cable for airfield lighting conforming to IS 1554 (part-2/ IS 7098(part -2) and as per technical specification etc. as required. 3 Supply of 1X 6 sq.mm 5 KV grade Single Core unarmoured Primary Circuit Cable with Stranded Annealed Plain Copper Conductor, XLPE/PVC insulated and Polyethylene (PE) sheathed,Cable for airfield lighting conforming to IS 1554 (part-2/ IS 7098(part -2) and as per technical specification etc. as required. 4 Supply of following size 5 KV grade plug and receptacle of type I, class B connector and suitable field attachment with 5 KV grade XLPE insulated, PE sheathed, single core copper conductor cable as required. 5 (a) 1C X 6sqmm 6 (b) 1C X 16sqmm 7 SH:-II SITC Work 8 Supplying and laying of following size DWC HDPE pipe ISI marked along with all accessories like socket, bend, couplers etc. conforming to IS 14930, Part II complete with fitting and cutting, jointing etc.direct in ground (75 cm below ground level) including excavation and refilling the trench but excluding sand cushioning and protective covering etc., complete as required. 9 (a) 63 mm dia (OD-63 mm & ID-51 mm nominal) 10 Making field connection by crimping of 6/16 sq. mm plug & receptacle with existing 6/16 sq. mm single core copper conductor primary airfield cable i/c filling the gap with water sealent material applying HTPVC insulation tape etc. complete as required. 11 Layingof following size one numberXLPE insulatedand PE sheathedprimary circuitcable of 5 KV gradeoffollowingsizein theexistingRCC/HUME/ METALpipe/HDPEPipe/cable tray /Open masonary duct etc. as required. 12 (a) 1C X 6sqmm 13 (b) 1C X 16sqmm 14 Earthing with G.I. earth pipe 4.5 metre long, 40 mm dia including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt as required. 15 Providing and laying earth connection from earth electrode with 6 SWG dia G.I. Wire in 15 mm dia G.I. pipe from earth electrode including connection with G.I. thimble excavation and re-filling as required. 16 Supply and fixing 6 SWG G. I. wire on surface or along with primary AFL Cable for loop earthing i/c necessary connection with isolating trasformer housing box etc. complete as required.
