    Tender For Annual Contract For Housekeeping Services At Govt. Hospitals Of District – Mandsaur - Cleaninig and Housekeeping Services 2 Experienced Housekeeping Staff (Minimum 8th pass, unskilled MWA category) in Uniform withI-Card as per Scope of work defined in Annexure-A for all 3 shifts & 7 days of week 3 Supervisor in Skilled Category for monitoring and works supervision in all 3 shifts and 7 days of the week 4 Monthly Cost of Consumables including all taxes under Annexure B should be minimum 10% and maximum 15% of total monthly honorarium of Housekeeping staff 5 Management fee/ Service charges (Non-realistic/vague quotation of thismay amount to disqualification) 6 Management fee/ Service charges for providing and managing housekeeping staff as described in this tender document: (This should be in Rs. and fixed for the contract period) 7 Management fee/ Service charges for providing and managing supervisor staff as described in this tender document: (This should be in Rs. and fixed for the contract period)
