Tender For Loading, Unloading, Production And Addtion Of Additive For Cattle Feed Plant, Bikaner (Rajasthan) - Details of labour work like unloading of goods, production, loading, bundle packing etc.2 Sampling of raw material bags from the vehicle in the desired manner, unloading at the specified place and stacking them. Size of the bags (30x20x18) and at the time of unloading, filling the scattered material in bags at the same time, stitching it and stacking it in the warehouse. And unloading the raw material/finished material received from other animal feed plants from the vehicle and stacking it in the warehouse. And unloading the bundles of new gunny bags (packing material) from the truck and storing them in the store. (Unloading work)3 Dumping the raw material from all the raw material warehouses in the intake hopper without spoiling the bags and dumping the scattered material by filling it in bags and filling the finished animal feed material in bags by machine and stitching it and stacking it in a systematic manner in the permanent warehouse. (Production related work)4 Cleaning empty jute sacks with bag cleaning machine or by tying them tightly in bundles of 50 bags and stacking them at the specified place. (Jute bundle tying work)5 Cleaning empty plastic bags and tying them tightly in bundles of 50 bags or as per the instructions of the management and stacking them at the specified place. (Shifting work)7 Taking salt, calcite powder, mineral mixture and vitamins etc. from the stacks in the specified quantity and weight as per instructions and putting them in each batch (Additive work)8 Taking out the animal feed prepared material from the store and loading it in the vehicles in an organized manner in such a way that they can be counted easily. When raw material/finished material is demanded by other animal feed plant, raw/finished material will have to be loaded from the godown (loading work)9 Work of putting QR Code Tag/Packing Slip on each bag of finished material (tagging related work)10 Cleaning work of all floors and underground of the plant
