Hutt, Block Bhoondunder scheme Samagra Shiksha approved under PAB for the year 2025-26 - 1 Painting top of roofs with bitumen of approved quality at 17 kg per 10sqm impregnated with a cost of coarse sand at 60 cudm per 10 sqm including cleaning the slab surface with brushes and finally with a piece of cloth 2 providing and fixing pvc sheet on top 3 Reinforced cement concrete work in beams, suspended floors, roofs having slope upto 15°, landings, balconies, shelves, chajjas, lintels, bands, plain window sills, staircases and spiral stair cases upto five level including curing but excluding the cost of centring, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement with 1:1½:3 (1 cement : 1½ coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) 4 Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete above plinth levelMild steel and medium tensile steel bars 5 Cetring and shuttering including strutting, propping etc and removal of the formwork. 6 Suspended Floor, Roofs ,Landing,etc 7 Edges of slab 8 rain water pipe6 dia Lmr 9 Making plinth protection 50mm thick of cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) over 75mm bed of dry brick ballast 40mm nominal size well rammed and consolidated and grouted with fine sand including finishing the top smooth and curing complete 10 Demolishing stone rubble masonry manually/by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 meters lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge: 11 Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade including curing but excluding the cost of centring and shuttering. All work upto plinth level with 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) 12 Brick work with common burnt clay (non-modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in foundation and plinth including curing in : Cement mortar 1:6 ( 1 cement : 6 coarse sand) 13 Providing and fixing 1mm thick M.S. sheet door with frame of 40x40x6mm angle iron and 3mm M.S. gusset plates at the junctions and corners, all necessary fittings complete, including applying a priming coat of approved steel primer. 14 corrugated G. S. sheet roofing including vertical/curved surface fixed with polymer coated J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8mm diameter with bitumen and G.I limpet washers or with G.I. limpet washers filled with white lead, including a coat of approved steel primer and two coats of approved paint on overlapping of sheets complete (upto any pitch in horizontal/vertical or curved surface) excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required. 15 12 mm Cement plaster of mix: 1 : 6 ( 1 cement : 6 fine sand) 16 15 mm Cement plaster on the rough side of single or half brick wall of mix: 17 Distempering with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade on New work (two or more coats) over and including priming coat with water thinnable cement primer 18 Carriage of material an Avg.
