Tender For Renovation Work At Drowpathi Amman Kovil Of Icds Center In Ward-85.; 1 Charges for Putting borehole of size 23/30cm dia for Pile foundation in Sandy and Other loose soil by using hand Boxing set Rate Shall be include the cost of Labour for Boxing Fule Charges for Auger Bore and Other T & P Employed etc., complete 2 Earth work excavation in all kinds of soil except hard rock requiring blasting, inclusive of shoring, structing and blasting out water wherever necessary refilling the sides of foundation with excavated earth in layers of 15cm thick well rammed and consolidated depositing the surplus earth within compound in places as shown by the departmental Officers, cleaning and leveling the site with initial lead of 10M and lift 2M etc., complete. 3 Plain Cement Concrete 1:4:8 (One cement four sand andeight aggregates) using 40mm gauge hard broken granite jelly for foundation including consolidation and dewatering for foundation whenever necessary etc. complete. 4 Supplying and filling in foundation andbasement with Stone Dust in layers of not more than 15cm.thick well rammed watered and compacted -1m3 etc., complete complying with standard specification. 5 Supplying and erecting shuttering with necessary supports for plith beam with all cross brancings etc..,complete(Rcc coloumn footing plinth beam and lintel sides etc., complete. 6 Supplying and erecting shuttering with necessary supports for plain surface such as RCC boxing side slab, and similar,RCC Slab with all cross bracings etc., complete in all floors of any height (The retrieved materials should be taken back by the contractor).The payment for centering shall be given after the concrete is laid. (Vertical Portion Only) using steel plates10m2. 7 Reinforced Cement concrete 1:1.5 :3 (one cement, one and half sand & three course aggregate) using 20mm gauge hand broken/ and broken granite stone for all RCC items of works excluding centering shuttering and cost of reinforcement but including curing etc.,complete and also including fixing fan clamps and fixtures in rcc works wherever necessary as directed by departmental officer etc., complete. 8 Suppling and fabricating and placing in position MS (or) R.T.S. bar for reinforcement to all RCC works as per the design given including cost of steel and binding wire also in all floors. 9 Brick work in CM 1:5 (One cement and five sand) using country bricks of size 8 3/4X4 1/2X2 including curing etc., complete complying with standard specification For Super Structure in GF. 10 Plastering with CM1:5(one cement and five sand) 12mm thick10m2. 11 Cement concrete1:2:4 (one cement Two sand and Four aggregates) Using 40mm gauge hard broken granite jelly for foundation inc. consolidation and dewatering for foundation wherever necessary etc.complete. 12 Supply and Delivery Fabrication of MS doors and windows with outer frame and shutter frame in MS angle of size 40mm x 40mm x 6 mm with MS flat 25mm x 25mm x 6mm and MS sheet of 18 gauge including ventilating arrangements using 20mm square MS rods with locking arrangements including two coats of approved enamel paint over coat of red oxide including cost of angles, plates, sheets, fabrication charges, cost of hold fast and transportation charges etc., complete.
