Tender For Repair And Renovation Work Of Office Building Of Construction Division 1, Pwd Kheri In Dist Kheri - Dismantling cement concrete or birk or granolithic floors including stacking of dismantled materials as directed by Engineer-in-charge with in adistance of 60 meters(PWD-697) 2 Providing and laying in cement concrete 1:4:8 (1 cement :4 Course sand : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) including supply of all materials,labour and T&P et.required for proper completion of the work and curring complete,also including cost of form work in foundation and floors as per As per DSR No 4.1.8 3 M-150 class brick work in 1:4 cement and coarse sand 2.25 F.M. mortar in super structure including necessary cutting and moulding of bricks as required and also honey comb brick work as per DSR.No.6.4.1 4 12 mm thick plaster with1:4 cement & fine sand of 1.25 fm morterincluding suuply of all material T&P etc.all comp. of work. AS per si no 584 5 Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete. As Per DAR 13.80 6 R.C.C. work with cement approved coarse sand and 20 mm. guage approved stone ballast in the proportion of 1: 1.5 : 3 (M-20) in foundation and footing excluding supply of reinforcement and its fixing and binding the same with 24 B.W.G.G.I. binding wire and including necessary centering and shuttering etc.and also including supply of all materials, labour and tools and plants etc, required for proper completion of the works. Binding wire cost being inluded in the item. As per SI No.DSR 5.2.2 7 Supply & Fixing Murga Jali 8 Providing & fixing false ceiling at all heights with GRG (Glass Fibre ReinforcedGypsum) false ceiling tiles of Size 595x595 mm of approved texture, design and patterns having moisture content less than 2%, humidity resistance of99%, NRC0.50 to 0.75 as per IS 8225:1987, Non combustible as per BS 476(part 4)-1970 and light reflectance of 85% (minimum) to be laid in true horizontallevel suspendedon inter-locking metal T-Grid of hot dipped galvanised ironsection of 0.33mm thick (galvanized @ 120 grams per sqm including bothsides) comprising of main-T runners of size 15x32 mm of length 3000 mm,cross - T of size 15x32 mm of length 1200 mm and secondary intermediatecross-T of size 15x32 mm of length 600mm to form grid module of size 600 x600 mm, suspended from ceiling using galvanised mild steel items (galvanizing@ 80 grams per sqm) i.e. 50 mm long, 8 mm outer diameter M-6 dash fasteners,6 mm dia fully threaded hanger rod upto 1000 mm length and L-shape leveladjuster of size 85x25x2 mm. Galvanised iron perimeter wall angle of size24x24x0.40 mm of length 3000 mm to be fixed on periphery wall / partitionwith the help of plastic rawl plugs at 450 mm center to center and 40 mm longdry wall wood screws. The work shall be carried out as per specifications,drawing and as per directionsof the Engineer-in-Charge.(DSR No 26.26) 9 Providing & Applying high quality acrylic modified resin based texture of Dholpur/Red sand stone Pattern with anti algae and UV resistance properties to be applied as intermediate finish in desired pattern @ 43.04 kgs/10 sqm to form film of 1- 1.5 mm thickness after scrapping and properly cleaning the surface to remove loose particles from the plaster surface, followed by top coating with Premium Acrylic Smooth exterior paint with Silicone additives of required shade by two or more coats @ 1.43 litres/10 sqm, complete as the direction of Engineer -in-Charge. Size of Tile 600x600 mm as per DSR no 11.41.2 11 Providing Aluminium Door /Window Shuttersof doors, windows & ventilators including providing and fixing hinges/ pivots and making provision for fixing of fittings wherever required including the cost of EPDM rubber / neoprene gasket required (Fittings shall be paid for separately) Anodised aluminium (anodised transparent or dyed to required shade according to IS: 1868, Minimum anodic coating of grade AC 15) As per DSR 21.1.2.1 12 Providing and Fixing Glass panesProviding and fixing glazing in aluminium door, window, ventilator shutters and partitions etc. with PVC/ neoprene gasket etc. complete as per the architectural drawings and the directions of engineer-in-charge . (Cost of aluminium snap beading shall be paid in basic item) : With float glass panes of 5.00 mm thickness As per DSR 21.3.2 13 Providing and fixing unplasticised -PVC pipe clips of approved design to unplasticised - PVC rain water pipes by means of 50x50x50 mm hard wood plugs, screwed with M.S. screws of required length, including cutting brick work and fixing in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) and making good the wall etc. complete. 110 mm. As per DSR 12.43.2 14 Distempering with 1st quality acrylic distemper (ready mixed) having VOC content less than 50 gram/litre, of approved manufacturer and of required shade and colour all complete to achieve even shade and colour : New workover and including water thinnable priming coat with cement primer having VOC content less than 50 gram/litre as per DSR no. -13.41.1 15 Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade : Two or more coats on new work over an under coat of suitable shade with ordinary paint of approved brand and manufacture as per DSR no. -13.62.1
