Tender For Repair To Shed, Hard standing, Interlocking And Other B/R Misc Works In 10 Sector Rr And 29 Rr Bn Under Age (I) Cif (K); 1 Demolition of brickwork or stone/boulder masonry, build in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc, but excluding ashlars facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 2 M&L for Brick work with sub class `B bricks straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 metremean radiusbuilt in cement mortar 1:6, complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. 3 All as per Srl item No. 02 above but except bricks. 4 Taking down cement plaster, of any description on brick or stone or cement concrete walls/ceiling including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. 5 M&L for rendering 15mm thick on other than fair faces of brick work orconcrete surfacesin cement mortar 1:6, surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement,complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. 6 M&L for rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick work orconcrete surfacesin cement mortar 1:4, surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement,complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. 7 Demolition of cement concrete reinforced in exceeding 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) including disposal of unserviceable materials,debris and rubbish to a distance not exceeding 100 metre, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. 8 M&L for plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in sub base of flooring, hard standing, manhole, drain etc, complete all as specifiedas directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. 9 Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block coloured of selected quality, any shape and sizewith grey cement and pigment conforming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness, M-35 Grade over and including20mm thick sand filling layer, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 10 M&L for plain cement concrete 1:2:4,type B-1 ( using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in copings, weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating including necessary formwork,complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 11 M&L 150 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B2 (40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in flooring and finishing cement concrete surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. 12 M&L for forming 12mm thick expansion joints 150mm deep filled with pre-formed bituminous filler and top 30 mm primed and sealed with sealing compound, Grade A for 150mm thickness of concrete slab, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. 13 M&L for forming Contraction (Dummy) joints 65 mm deep X 10mm wide, filled with sealing compound grade B, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. 14 M&L for forming Construction joint 30mm deep X 10 mm wide filled with sealing compound Grade B, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. 15 M&L for framed work such as grill, gate, and intricated design, including MS angle, channel, flat iron, round bars, sheet etc with end of bar shouldered and or riveted or forged into spikes incl welding as directed and fixing with screwes, bolts etc including dismantiling of existing gate/grill (Fe 290, Gde E-165) complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. 16 Preparation of newly untreated steel or iron surfaces of any description, over 10cm width or girth, not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer,complete all as specified and as directed. 17 M&L for preparation of new plastered surafaces of walls and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over white wash and 3mm thick putty, complete all as specified and as directed. 18 M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of alkali resistant primer, complete all as specified and as directed. 19 S&F rolled sections as in main and cross beasm, hip and jack rafters; purlins where connected to common rafters and running rails and guides for sliding doors; fixed with angle cleats or other connecting plates conforming to Fe 410-W(Gde-E-250) quality A, complete all as specified and directed. 20 Dismantling plain or corrugated steel sheeting, any gauge, thickness, including Nainital or similar pattern roof covering, complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. 21 Pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugatedprofile steel sheet 0.50mm thick of colour as approved by AGE(I), having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws,complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. 22 Pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick of colour as approved by AGE(I), having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to ridges, valley gutters etc. fixed with self tapping screws,complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. 23 Note:-An amount of Rs. Rs 14,660.00 on account of credit schdule for Sch A Part-II Shall be deducted from the total amount of BOQ to arrive at the contract sum.
