    Tender For Improvement In Safety By Installation Non-Reactive Substance At Ct-3-- 1 Supply of FRP Pultruded Greetings Yellow Color, Grit coating,U.V Resistant, Fire Retardant, Corrosion, Resistance, 60% Glass Complies standards stipulated FGMC of size- Size-W-15mm,H-25mm,C-25mm,Open space-20mm.Make:- Sintex /Sumip/Aeron 2 Supply of FRP I BEAM U.V Resistant, Fire Retardant, Non-Corrosive, 60% Glass GRP. of Size-254x127x12.7mm.Make:- Sintex /Sumip/Aeron 3 Supply of Heavy Duty M Clamp SS-304 4 Supply of Good Quality Nylon Nuts bolts of size-40x8mm 5 Supply of SMC Cheaqured sheet anti-corrosive water resistant, UV protected, High temp resistant, conforming to UL 94 V0 Standards, ERDA Approved, Weather able, and suitable for all kinds of climatic conditions. Self-colored Fire retardant and High di-electric strength maintenance-free of size 1 Mtr. X 1 mtr. 10 mm thick. Make:- Sintex /Sumip/Aeron 6 Fixing of SMC sheet on the FRP structure. 7 Dismantling old rusted damaged M.S Railing from the chamber using the gas cutter & old material shifted to the sub-division store as per direction of Engineer in charge by heavy Manual Labor. 8 Making the temporary platform of make the workable space for hole grouting, Digging in the sump well with the help ofportable hydraulic machine / skilled staff & dismantle it after completion of work. 9 Making the hole of chamber wall by Hydraulic machine/ Manual Labor by using the Temporary platform with all safety Equipment’s for fixing of FRP IBeam/H Beam. 10 Grounding of FRP I BEAM on the sump well with the help of cement, Concerted, Floor Fill or other material fixing byManual Labor. 11 Providing of all required Safety Equipment’s / Articles like Safety belts, gum boots, ladder, helmet, hand gloves, Oxygen cylinder etc. as per NHRC Guidelines for executing the work. 12 Fixing of Pultruded Greetings on the FRP structured with Proper Floor Level & Alignment by using the non-reactive substance. 13 Loading & Un-loading Transport Charges
