Tender For Repairs To The Shed In Building No. Mb-02 At Hvf Estate; 1 Demolition of reinforced cement concrete in ground floors and pavings not exceeding 15cm thick. 2 Demolition of Brick work built in Cement Mortor of any description 3 Dismantling structural steel work including doors, gates but excluding framed truss etc. 4 Dismantling of Damaged Asbestos cement (corrugated, semicorrugated, etc.) sheets in roof coverings 5 Earthwork excavation in hard/dense soil in trenches width and depth not exceeding 1.50 m and getting out 6 Material and labour for sand filling in foundation including watering and consolidation. 7 M & L for P.C.C 1:4:8, D2 type using 40mm graded aggregated in foundation. 8 Material & labour for PCC 1:2:4 mix, 20mm graded aggregatedin foundations, filling and mass concrete. 9 M & L for form work to side of RCC Members, Square/rectangular /polygenalsuch as columns, pillarsetc., and the finishing shall be of fair finished surface. 10 M & L for Brick work built inCM.1:6 using Good quality modular bricks / solid Concrete bricks Bricks.straight or curved on plan exc. 6m meanradius. 11 M & L for plastering in CM 1:4, 15mm thick on fair faces of brick work and concrete wall surfaces. 12 M&L for painting two coats of exterior emulsionincludings one coat of priming paint applies after preparation of the new existing treatment.(Make : ASIAN / BERGER / NEROLAC or Suitably Equivalent Make) 13 Supply and Fixing of pre-printed galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm (TCT) thick of any clour having tensile strength of 55oMpa as in roof covering /cladding to wall fixed with self tapping screws as specified. 14 Supply and fixing of framed work using Fe410 W(Gde-E- 250) Aquality mild rolled steel tube , angles , plates etc . Inculding cutting , welding etc complete as directed by EIC. 15 M & L for painting to steel surfaces of any description over 10cm width or girth with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of Red Oxide primer including preparing new surfaces.(Make : ASIAN / BERGER / NEROLAC or Suitably Equivalent Make)
