    Tender For Maintenance Work Of Matsyafed Fish Meal Plant Kozhikode. - Painting 2 od195963/2024_2025Buffing the existing rust in trusses by using necessary mechanical devices and buffing brushes etc. complete including all cost of materials and labour. as per the directions of the engineer in charge. 3 13.52.1Finishing with Epoxy paint (two or more coats) at all locations prepared and applied as permanufacturers specifications including appropriate priming coat, preparation of surface, etc. complete.On Steel Work 4 12.8Providing non- asbestos high impact Polypropylene reinforced cement 6 mm thick corrugated sheets (asper IS: 14871) roofing up to any pitch and fixing with polymer coated J or L hooks, bolts and nuts, 8 mmdia G.I. plain and bitumen washers or with self drilling fastener and EPDM washers etc. complete(excluding the cost of purlins, rafter and trusses), including cutting sheets to size and shape whereverrequired. 5 4.1.3Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering andshuttering - All work up to plinth level:1:2:4 (cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mmnominal size) 6 6.1.1Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in foundation and plinth in:Cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) 7 13.2.115 mm cement plaster on the rough side of single or half brick wall of mix:1:4 (1 cement :4 fine sand) 8 15.3Demolishing R.C.C. work manually / by mechanical means including stacking of steel bars and disposalof unserviceable material with in 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer -in-Charge.
