(ii)Cleaning the slots carefully. (iii) Rewinding the stator using super enamelled copper winding wire with same size, number of coils,number of turms/ coils as per data acquired from the old burnt motor,including varnishing two coats, drying and reassembling the electric motor at site. (iv) Testing the coils for there continuity and no current passing through the stator core. (v) Dynamic testing of the rotor and alignment of the main shaft and ensure that no imbalance vibtrations. (vi) Re-assembling the rotor and connecting the end terminals to the terminal plate of the motor, closing the ends with side covers. (vii)Testing and commissioing theelectric motor connecting to the electric supply to its full load by connecting the compressor. (viii) Renewal of Bolts, nuts and washers.Note :- (i) Parts renewed i.e Ball bearing shall be measured and paid separately.
