A. COMPREHENSIVE MAINTENANCE: Planned preventive maintenance for the installed Fire detection & Fire Fighting System of ABASAN building with its complex including repair/maintenance/part supply alongwith necessary work with trained and qualified manpower round the clock(one shift of 8(eight) hours per attendant) for operation of installed Fire pumps, Fire network (Hydrant & Sprinkler system) as per routine checking and as per situation demands in case of fire incident alongwith the scope of work attached. The Job include checking of all valves &other instruments installed inside the pump house and in network as per direction of the Engineer In-Charge/local fire authority. Periodical mock drill as enumerated in the scope of work[Attached Scope of Work] to be undertaken with security and maintenance staffs already running.[Cost to be inclusive of all including refilling of fuel and lubricant in bidders scope during the testing and other related works of Fire Pumps reqiured for carrying out maintenance as well as mock drills. Rates are inclusive of all Taxes and service charges.]

Maintenance & Overhauling of Electric Motor driven horizontal centrifugal Fire pump and Jockey pump of Kirloskar/Willo make with coupling & coupling guard, base frame as nacessay foundation in all complete as per specification and as per direction of the Engineer In-harge.(TEFC Motor & Bronze impeller) For 365 days.a) Greasing of motor and pumps is included in the scope of work.
