Chandrapur - Providing, fabricating and fixing Terracotta Jali of approved make, design and pattern in specified locations such as balconies, façade screens, partitions or external cladding as per architectural drawings and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge, including fabrication and fixing of mild steel (MS) frame painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of anti-corrosive primer, or powder-coated galvanised iron (GI) frame as per design, or stainless steel grid framework for larger spans or higher walls for additional stability and support, fixing to RCC or masonry with approved mechanical fasteners, anchor bolts and corrosion-resistant hardware, installing terracotta jali units by mortar/adhesive method (using tile adhesive or cement mortar 1:3) or by stainless steel grid method, ensuring proper alignment, spacing, joint filling with mortar or approved weatherproof sealant, cleaning jali blocks during installation to avoid hardened deposits, using string or laser level for accurate alignment, applying approved primer before painting where specified, and carrying out all cutting, aligning, jointing and finishing to achieve true lines, water-tightness and aesthetic finish; including all materials, terracotta jali, framework, mortar/adhesive, anchoring and fixing costs, cleaning, painting, primer, QA & QC charges, testing charges, all leads and lifts, transportation, handling, re-handling, storage, wastage, labour, tools, scaffolding, staging, taxes, royalties and all incidental charges, complete as per manufacturer’s specifications, relevant IS codes and directions of the Engineer-in-Charge, with measurement to be taken for net area in square metres as per IS 1200 and PWD standard measurement rules. All rates shall be excluding GST but including all other taxes, royalties on materials, if any. 2 Providing, supplying and installing external brick cladding to façades as shown in architectural drawings and as specified, including supply of approved facing bricks/brick tiles of size approximately 200 mm × 60 mm (type: clay, handmade, or wire cut), natural/red finish with adhesive mesh backing, colour and texture as per architect’s approved sample; preparing and supplying mortar mix (cement:lime:sand or as specified) colour-matched and approved; installation over cavity wall system or backing wall using an appropriate fixing method — either mechanically fixed or bonded with approved adhesive system — complete with horizontal and vertical joints (10 mm typical) neatly pointed or recessed as specified; providing and fixing all associated flashings, cavity trays, lintels, expansion joints, corner trims, and drip edges where required; cutting, trimming, and fitting to true lines and levels; cleaning down and protecting finished work until handover; and disposing of all debris, off-cuts, and surplus material. The rate shall be inclusive of all taxes, duties, and royalties, but excluding GST. 15 Providing, supplying, and installing PVC white modular car parking shed of tunnel shape, made from high-quality PVC fabric of 900 GSM thickness, UV-resistant, fire-retardant, waterproof, and weatherproof, fixed over a pre-fabricated metal frame (frame structure provided separately). The rate shall be inclusive of all taxes, duties, and royalties, but excluding GST. 16 Providing, deploying and maintaining a WhatsApp-based chatbot service for comprehensive irrigation management and maintenance, including integration with WhatsApp Business API and a backend chatbot engine capable of processing natural language queries and commands; enabling farmers from the command area to raise service requests and complaints related to water demand, entitlement, quota, billing, payment history, etc., through WhatsApp interface; automatic ticket generation and escalation with feedback loop until resolution; integration with existing cloud-based irrigation data and departmental systems; generation of daily, weekly and monthly service delivery reports and dashboards for department; development and management of secure backend system including cloud storage, user database, chatbot engine, and communication gateway; ensuring complete data security, privacy, encryption and uninterrupted operation with uptime, backup and recovery mechanisms; automated messaging and alert system for intimation regarding water release schedules, maintenance works, quota status, demand acceptance or rejection and other irrigation-related communications; multilingual and user-friendly interface with support for both Marathi, Hindi and English languages for user interaction; contractor shall be responsible for collecting all necessary user profile data and command area-specific data from the department required for backend working and system configuration; training to department staff, and technical support throughout the contract period; all works to be carried out as per departmental norms and instructions of Engineer-in-Charge; The rate shall be quoted per hectare for complete year of service, exclusive of GST but inclusive of all other taxes, duties, charges, tools, labour, material, and incidental works complete.
