in – Charge . 61 M & L PCC 1:2:4, type B-1 , using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in kerbs or mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges and similar work all as specified and as directed. 62 M&L forrendering10mm thick plasterin cement mortar (1:4) shall be provided mixed with water proofing compound, ISI markedas per manufacturer instructions. The plaster shall be steel toweled to get a smooth surface. 63 M&L for roof treatment as specified below and as directed -(a) Over the plastered surface apply one coat of compactible primer for PU coating as per manufacturer specification.
