(Up).; 1 Annual repair & Maintenance of 11 KVSub station and External Feedr Panel equipments 2 Servicing of oil cooled Transformer of 11KV 1000KVA, the scope of work includes:• Dehydration and filtration of oil for removal of suspended particles Such as colloidal particles, carbon Oxidation, sludge, and degassing. The dehydration shall be done under vacuum, circulation of heated oil, de acidification by evaporation and absorption method to provide longer life to the transformer.• Oil leakage removed by tightening all connections and nuts & bolts.• Removal of oil and WTI prods to check and topping up oil• Repair of oil leaks from Top Gaskets, Side gasket, Buchholz Relay, cable box.• Testing of OTI, WTI, Buchholz Relay for Alarm and Trip• Tightening of grounding connection of neutral & body• General cleaning (outside) 3 Servicing of oil cooled Transformer of 11KV 800KVA, the scope of work includes:• Dehydration and filtration of oil for removal of suspended particles Such as colloidal particles, carbon Oxidation, sludge, and degassing.
