Major Repair Middle School Gulota Panchayat Dharati Block Balakote Under Samagra Shiksha Year 2024-25 Please Refer To Boq- 1 Repairs to plaster of thickness 12mm to 20 mm in patches of area 2.5 sq.meters and under, including cutting the patch in proper shape raking outjoints and preparing and plastering the surface of the walls completeincluding disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 meters lead:With cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) 2 Distempering with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade on New work (two or more coats) overand including priming coat with water thinnable cement primer 3 Finishing walls with water proofing cement paint of required shade onNew work (two or more coats applied @ 3.84 kg/10sqm) 4 Demolishing cement concrete manually/by mechanical means includingdisposal of material within 50 meters lead as per direction of Engineer-incharg:1:4:8 or leaner mix (i/c equivalent design mix) 5 Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade including curing butexcluding the cost of centring and shuttering. All work upto plinth level1:5:10 (1 cement : 5 coarse sand : 10 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) 6 Providing and laying vitrified floor tiles in different sizes (thickness tobe specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08%and conforming to IS:15622 of approved make, in all colours and shades,laid on 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1cement :4 coarse sand)including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigmentsetc. completeSize of tile 600x600 mm 7 Providing and fixing 1st quality ceramic glazed floor tiles conforming toIS : 15622 (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer ) of approved make in all colours, shades except burgundy, bottle green, black of anysize as approved by Engineer-in-Charge in skirting, risers of steps anddados over 12 mm thick bed of cement Mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand) and jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3kg per sqm including pointing in white cement mixed with pigment of matching shade complete. 8 Rnewing glass panes, with putty and nails wherever necessary including raking out old putty : Float glass panes of thickness 4.0 mm(weight not less than 10kg/sqm) 9 Structural steel work in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete.10.2.2 Welded 10 Providing corrugated G. S. sheet roofing including vertical/curved surface fixed with polymer coated J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8mm diameter with bitumen and G.I limpet washers or with G.I. limpet washers filled with white lead, including a coat of approved steel primer and two coats of approved paint on overlapping of sheets complete (upto any pitch in horizontal/vertical or curved surface)excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required. 11 Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufactureof required colour to give an even shade, one or more coats on old work. 12 Provision for electrification 13 Carriage of Sand + Aggfor 30 KM by MT + 200 Mtr By HL/AT 14 Add the Cost of CIB
