Tender For Provision Of Parking Shed For Or Md Accn At Various Location At Mil Stn Fazilka.; 1 Excavation in post holes each n. exc. 0.50Cum, getting out in soft/loose soil, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers n. exc. 25cm, watering and removing surplus soil to a distance n. exc. 50m and making good surface. 2 Excavating in trenches, n exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5 m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. N exc 10 sq m on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out in soft loose soil 3 Surface excavation n.exc (not exceeding) 30 cm deep and averaging 15cmdeep and getting out 4 Spreading and levelling in layers n exc. 25 cm thick including well ramming and watering. 5 Removing excavated material n exc. 50m and depositing where directed at a level n exc. 1.5 m above the starting point 6 M&L for plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundations, filling and mass concrete 7 M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation of cols, bdy pillars, posts, struts, etc. filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and shown on drawing. 8 M & L for hardcore of broken stone or boulders of gauge n exc. 63 mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers n exc. 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface complete 9 M&L PCC 75 mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate)as in sub base 10 S&F machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block with grey cement & no pigment, any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 80mm thick M-40 grade including and over 25mm thick sand cushion. 11 S&F Structural steel work in tubular trusses including special shaped washer etc. complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes grade St-240 complete all as specified and as shown on drawing. 12 S & F Pre- painted galvatume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as specified 13 M&L for preparation of new steel surfaces of any description over 10cm in width or girth not otherwise described, and applyingtwo coats of Synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer, all as specified and directed by Engr - in - Charge. 14 M & L brick work with sub class B bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radious built in CM 1:6 15 M & L rendering 15mm thick on fair faces or other than fair faces of brick work in CM 1:6 finished even & smooth without using extra cement all as specified. 16 M & L two coats of cement base paint over new plastered surface including preparation of surface complete all as specified . 17 M & L for 75mm thick cement concrete type C2 1:3:6 (40mm graded aggregate) as in plinth protection , surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement .
